Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort

This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels around the world, including Four Seasons and Park Hyatt properties, but Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay truly stands out. We arrived very early in the morning due to an early flight into Tivat and reached the hotel around 9 AM. Even though our Regency Suite was still being prepared, the hotel kindly provided us with a temporary room so we could rest and freshen up. By around 11 AM, we were able to move into our suite, which was a very thoughtful gesture after a long journey. As a Hyatt Globalist member, I was fortunate to receive an upgrade, though I know not every property handles elite recognition this well. The General Manager, Mr. Milach, personally greeted me during check-in and did an outstanding job ensuring our stay was exceptional from beginning to end. This trip was also for my birthday, although my actual birthday was still a few days away after check-in. To my surprise, when I returned to the room one evening, I found another bottle of wine along with a beautiful handwritten birthday card wishing me a happy birthday. It was such a thoughtful and classy touch that made the experience even more memorable. Overall, this is an excellent hotel where the staff truly care about their guests and go above and beyond to create a special experience. I’m sure this level of hospitality extends to all guests, not just Globalist members. I highly recommend this property without hesitation and would absolutely return.

Stayed at the Hyatt last week. Wow! It was amazing and we can’t recommend enough! Gorgeous people who are so friendly and helpful. Room was amazing with a big balcony and lovely view. Beach was lovely and had a brilliant bar which sold lovely food. We would love to stay again! Thankyou to everyone for making our holiday special.

This place is awesome. Everything feels new and well maintained, from the rooms to the private beach area. The view across the bay is unreal, especially in the early morning or right before sunset. Rooms are clean, modern, and quiet no weird smells, no awkward design. Staff keeps things smooth without hovering. Pool’s a solid bonus, but honestly I spent most of my time down by the water. Not over-the-top luxury, just done right. Would stay again without thinking twice.

We had a fabulous stay at this resort. The location is stunningly beautiful. The resort is relatively new and impeccably clean. Overall, the service level is truly five stars. The room was comfortable and had almost everything we needed. It was nice to have a little espresso maker in the room so we could enjoy morning coffee on the balcony. We visited in early April so it was not yet summer, we did not sunbathe by the bay. But we did try the indoor pool & sauna, nice and relaxing. The hotel gym was well equipped with Technogym machines and open 24/7. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection of international and local food. We appreciated the valet parking service, especially after a long day of driving. The only thing we did not love was not being able to adjust the room temperature, it was too hot for us. We did ask the personnel but even they could not lower the temperature. Also, it would be nice to have a luggage rack in the room so you wouldn't have to keep open suitcases on the floor. But these are minor details. We really loved the resort and felt pampered by the kind and professional staff. We'd love to visit again!

As a Hyatt Globalist who spent more than 90 nights at Hyatt properties last year, I can honestly say this has been one of the best Hyatt experiences I’ve ever had. A special thank you to Teddy from Guest Services. Teddy recently came from Bangkok, and from the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond. She personally showed me the room, helped with every question I had, and consistently provided service that exceeded anything I could have expected. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made me feel truly welcome. I also want to recognize Aleksandra, who was equally wonderful throughout my stay. The entire team treated me like royalty. As a Globalist, I was incredibly appreciative of the room upgrade and the outstanding recognition of my status, but what stood out most was the sincere hospitality from the staff. They made this stay feel special in a way that many hotels strive for but rarely achieve. Thank you to Teddy, Aleksandra, and the entire team for an unforgettable stay. I look forward to returning.
