I had a very pleasant stay at Palmon Bay Hotel & Spa. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the overall experience even better. The spa area was very good, and we especially enjoyed the private beach reserved for hotel guests. The hotel also offers a nice pool and sauna. Breakfast was good overall, with a decent selection of food. However, I would love to see more variety in the future, especially additional types of cheese, prosciutto, mushrooms, and beans to create more of an English-style breakfast option. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend the hotel for a spa and beach getaway. Definitelly, I would like to come back.

Lovely hotel. Standard room a bit on small side but quite adequate. Plenty storage space. Hotel always kept clean. Free use of spa facilities whilst staying. Always plenty of sunbeds around, set by a gorgeous bay. Loads of restaurants around to choose from.

Had a 5 day stay. In general we were very pleased. Facilities are clean everywhere and located next to promenade with lot of restaurants to discover. Food was great in hotel and they have nice pool area by the sea. Would definitelly stay another time also and recommend you too!

Exceptional stay at Palmon Bay Hotel & Spa! The hotel is simply incredible: very well maintained, spotlessly clean, and with high-quality WiFi, which is a real plus. The staff is extremely welcoming, professional, and always available to help. The indoor pool is fantastic and large enough to swim proper laps, which is a real bonus. Access to the sauna and hammam is included, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The only minor downside is the smell in the hammam , a subtle touch of essential oils would make it even more pleasant. The hotel restaurant offers a solid menu. The €25 all-you-can-eat dinner option is a great deal: the selection is somewhat limited, but the food is tasty, with a special mention for the grilled octopus and squid, which were excellent. One small downside for coffee lovers: the coffee machine doesn’t quite match the overall standard. Finally, the breakfast is generous, varied, and of good quality.All in all, the services are excellent across the board. I just didn’t get the chance to thank the team in person, which is a shame. Highly recommended 💪🏻🥂

I’ve never written a bad google review until today. Warning to not stay here. They say they have air conditioning however they do not. The system works on the entire hotel meaning that the whole hotel can only be either heated or cooled. So if you want your room at 24.5 degrees all night and day then maybe you’ll be fine however if you’re an American or just anyone who needs their room below 78 DO NOT STAY HERE. They will not turn the ac on and will tell you to open the windows. Don’t worry there is no breeze so your room will stay at 78 all night you will not sleep and you will have to listen to seagulls screaming outside all night and then people at 0700. They also will not provide a fan to help cool your room nor will they even offer eye mask or ear plugs. Regardless even when you have your own you will hear the birds screaming all night. Also don’t plan on getting any hot water. That also will not be working. If you want to talk to anyone about it - good luck. They will not provide any management to speak with or a number to call - just an email which you will wait on for a response. Cherry on top is they close the access to water and pool at 1800 which is rediclous given the sun is out until 2000 and you loose all access to the water when they do so. So if you planned on enjoying a sunset or sitting by the water at night again - go elsewhere. If we weren’t paying a premium for a hotel that advertised a spa, water and pool area and ac this would not be an issue however just do yourself a favor and spend half the money on a hotel where you’ll actually get ac. I wish I had seen something like this prior to booking. Xoxo good luck - would advise just staying in near kotor as a whole, much better views and water over there.
