I visited it with my team due to a basketball tournament in the city. I could say the hotel is decent but the service is horrible. The receptionist was talking to us in Serbo-Montenegrin because she assumed we could understand her since we're Bulgarians. She was yelling all the time and didn't answer our questions. Later when we complained to her about our not working ac in December, using an unpolite yelling tone, told us someone is coming to fix it. That guy kept coming back and forth and when he saw our terrace window is open because it's hotter outside than it is inside he started yelling too explaining how do we want the ac to work when the window is open. (there weren't any window sensors which could've been the issue) The only reason for me service is a 2/5 and not a 1/5 is because the cleaning lady was nice and we had great chats with her during our 3 night stay.

The staff were great. Nada and Sanya at the front office were helpful. Zahra and Ester at the restaurant were very friendly. The housekeeping ladies are responsive. The F&B manager was very welcoming and cooperative.

Excellent hotel in a great location! We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel – the rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. A special thanks to the staff, who were always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed. The location is another big plus – it's close to the airport, which is very convenient, and just a 10-minute walk to the city center. Ideal for anyone who wants to be near the action but still enjoy a peaceful stay. Highly recommended, and we would definitely come back!

After departing the Hotel I reviewed the prior reviews and was surprised to read so many negative reviews. I stayed here for one night after I was unable to reach my Airbnb in a nearby town (long story). So this hotel was a short walk from the bus station and saved me. Despite my agitation and terrible mood after a long day of multiple country travel, the manager at the desk was patient and very helpful. I don’t recall a smile from her at any point, but I was offered a reasonable room rate for the night, and check in was quick and efficient. My passport was copied but not kept. I was assigned a room with a shared balcony which was separated by some potted plants. This was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy a beer after such a stressful day. The bed was comfortable and the room was tastefully appointed and clean. One item about the bathroom, the countertop felt as if it was ready to separate from the wall with only light pressure. Otherwise all was good. The best part of the visit was the free breakfast. Especially the two men who staffed it. They were very sweet and greeted me with a smile. I felt like a VIP! Food and coffee was delicious and there was a good assortment of local food and some sweets. Overall an excellent hotel and a positive experience. One other thing, I met the general manager and he was kind to me. Helped with calculating a weekly rate that was generous given the potential that my Airbnb Accommodation was fraught with problems and I was considering cancelling it and staying at the hotel.
