Stayed here for a week and I can highly recommend this place. Breakfast is served at the restaurant on ground floor, fabulous every morning. The staff made it extra special, specially Methma with her recommendations every morning. Very convenient for everything. The internet city metro is 500m away, but not convenient to walk. Rooms are very good, room service is excellent.

We had such a wonderful stay at Zabeel House The Greens with our 10-month-old Maltipoo, Lily! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome, and their hospitality was exceptional throughout our stay. What made the experience even more special was how pet-friendly everything felt. It was such a relaxing getaway for both us and our pup, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment. We loved our stay so much that we didn’t even hesitate to book another one this August to celebrate both Lily’s first birthday and mine! If you’re looking for a pet-friendly staycation with amazing service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend Zabeel House The Greens.

One of best hotels in Dubai; great for business and for relaxation. The design is modern and rich with a working stations floor full of startup smart people community. The swimming pool and LALA are good tan and drinks. Best of all is Ahmed and Mamadou and Zamor at the reception that make you feel like home catering to every need. Although I arrived too early for checkin, they accommodate me to get a room to shower and be ready to my morning meeting. They made sure the housekeeping generous and attentative. And they kept the good service all the way to my late checkout. I super recommend this hotel as it is situated in a fantastic middle of Dubai.

Had a great stay at Zabeel House with our family and 3 kids! Service was excellent from start to finish. Special shoutout to Kuya JD from Security for being so helpful and accommodating — his customer service really went above and beyond. The pool was amazing, clean, relaxing, and very family-friendly. Our kids loved it! Dinner at Lah Lah was also great — delicious food, nice ambiance, and very good service. Overall, a wonderful family staycation. Highly recommended for families!

We had a great time at Zabeel House. The service was very good, breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh food. The room was comfortable and had everything needed. The bed was very comfortable and the view from the window was great. The location is perfect and the surroundings are very green. I wouldn’t say that it is the best hotel for families but they are very accommodating and friendly. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. A special thank you to Celestin and Nikhil Gupta. I highly recommend this hotel particularly for the location, the Lah Lah restaurant , the team and the lovely breakfast.
