From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. The entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Our room was upgraded, which was a lovely surprise, and it was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. The food was delicious with a great variety at every meal, and every member of the restaurant team was friendly, attentive, and hardworking. What truly made this hotel special, however, was the people. Every staff member we met greeted us with a smile and was always happy to help, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. A very special thank you to **Shouseida, Mark, and Kellios** at the reception. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression on us. They were always welcoming, helpful, and did everything they could to make sure we had a wonderful experience. Apart from a small delay during our early check-in, which was quickly forgotten thanks to the exceptional service we received afterward, everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable holiday. We truly felt at home and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Our best family holiday. Hotel is spotless, staff are amazing, can't do enough for you. Food was lovely and nothing was to much trouble, Bar staff go above and beyond, life guards are simply the best. Entertainment and animation team go to the extreme to get everyone involved to have fun during our holiday. Animation we're amazing, friendly, caring, and lovely staff, amazing holiday, I don't want to go home, im extremely emotional,. Just got back from an incredible seven days at the Saint George Homestay. Definitely have to agree with most people that it is the staff who make this hotel, nothing is ever to much trouble. Being blind and pretty independent, even when I attempted to walk somewhere, a member of staff always offered help and support which for me indicated their willingness to help. Food, although sometimes a bit repetitive, I would say you would always find something to eat. Remember, this is a four star hotel so I don’t think it’s fair to expect the same as what you would get in a five star, but having said that, breakfast you can get a decent omelette, with nice pastries. Lunch there’s always some chicken option available, with fries and pizza, and evenings can be varied. I actually found the desserts to be really nice, with quite a variety. Rooms, definitely comfortable with all amenities such as coffee tea and a fridge available in the room as well as a safe. Starf in the pool area always very friendly and helpful and always insured I got a sun lounger close to the pool. Definitely a hotel I would recommend, and visit again.

An Unforgettable Stay – Exceptional Hospitality! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ​I recently stayed at the Xperience St. George Homestay in Sharm El Sheikh, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! ​We had booked 3 rooms, and to our delightful surprise, the management upgraded all of them to Family Rooms. The rooms were incredibly spacious, clean, and very comfortable for the whole family. ​A huge, special thanks to Mark at the reception desk! He was extremely professional, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure our check-in was seamless and our stay was perfect. His outstanding customer service truly made a difference. ​Every single detail of our experience was wonderful—the atmosphere, the friendly staff, and the overall service. I highly recommend Xperience St. George Homestay to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh, and we will definitely be returning soon!

I stayed at St George Hotel and found it to be a very simple, older hotel. The facilities are quite dated, and there isn't much to do on-site. If you're travelling with children, I wouldn't particularly recommend it. There are only a few small plastic slides for kids, and the kids' club was closed most of the time during our stay. When it was open, the furniture was old, scratched, and clearly in need of updating. One thing that really disappointed me was the taxi service arranged through reception. We found that the prices they quoted were much higher than what you could negotiate by getting a taxi directly from outside the hotel. In fact, they appeared to be calling the same local taxis, but charging significantly more. We were able to get the same journeys for around half the price by arranging them ourselves. The biggest disappointment, however, was our experience with reception regarding our late checkout. As we had a late flight, we asked if we could stay in our room a little longer. One member of staff initially told us it wouldn't be a problem and said he would speak to the manager to see if we could extend our checkout time without any additional charge. About 10 minutes later, without any sign that he had spoken to the manager, we were told it would cost $84, plus an additional charge for dinner. For a hotel that promotes itself as offering a "homestay" experience, this felt very disappointing. Instead of showing flexibility or understanding, it felt like they took advantage of our situation knowing we had a late flight and limited options. It was genuinely shocking to see such a strong focus on extracting extra money from guests over what could have been a small gesture of goodwill. Overall, if you're looking for a basic place to sleep, this hotel may be adequate. However, don't expect modern facilities, good entertainment for children, or customer service that puts guests first.
