We absolutely loved our stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Sharm El Sheikh! My children had a fantastic time and adored the pool areas. The resort has a total of seven swimming pools, including a kids' club pool and heated options, so there's plenty of space for everyone to splash around and enjoy. We had the all-inclusive package, and the breakfast, lunch, and dinner were fantastic, with a great variety of food options. We would highly recommend the all-inclusive option to other families! The location is also excellent, as the hotel is very near to SOHO Square market, just a short 5-10 minute walk away, which is great for an evening out with shops and entertainment.

My family stayed here on the mountain side for a week during Christmas 2025 with the all-inclusive option and really enjoyed the stay. The staff are all friendly and professional. The variety of food, especially the desserts, is really tasty. The cleaner is efficient and kind, who folds the towels as crafts. Swimming and snorkeling at Shark Bay Beach offers a unique opportunity to explore the vibrant coral reef of the Red Sea. Snacks, drinks, and towels are provided. While the beach is just a short walk from the hotel, there are also frequent shuttle buses available. There are lots of organized activity like Zumba. During Christmas the live singing and dancing shows in the evening were entertaining.

Good overall experience. The property is a little dated and could do with some more modern renovation. Rooms are spacious, facilities are kept clean and staff provide reasonably good service. The heated pool is great and general policies of the hotel are favourable For outings we had great support from Ibrahim on taxi services. Reception was always busy and recreation desk was often unmanned and guests having to wait fair amount to be served. Some how there is a lot of staff visible in the hotel but not where it is needed from guests point of view.

We especially enjoyed the warm welcome of mr Adel and his help by resolving a reservation problem and providing us with a beautiful room. Secondly, we really appreciated both professionality and kindness of ms Fatma Saud Alsharief. And eventually, but not less important, we would like to thank ms Hadya for enabling us a late checking. We also recommend the massage, Tarek and Almira did a very good job. We were very pleased and they were very nice. At last, the room service was also very nice; we found every day a nice decoration on our bed. We spent a beautiful and relaxing time here!

**An Unforgettable Honeymoon Experience at DoubleTree Sharm El Sheikh** My wife and I stayed at the DoubleTree Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh for our honeymoon, and the experience was truly unforgettable. The highlight of our stay was Mattam, the main food lounge/buffet. The variety, quality, and freshness of the food were excellent, but what really made it special was the incredible staff. A very special thanks goes to Chef Hany, who went above and beyond every single day. He kept checking in on us, making sure we were enjoying our meals and our honeymoon. His kindness genuinely made us feel cared for. One of the most memorable moments was when he asked the dessert chef to prepare a beautiful personalized cake with our names on it—such a thoughtful touch we will never forget. It made our honeymoon feel even more special. We also want to thank Mr. Attef, the manager, for his amazing hospitality and professionalism. He and his high-level team consistently ensured that every request, question, or comment was addressed immediately and with a smile. It’s rare to see management so genuinely involved in guest satisfaction. In fact, every staff member at the entire hotel was incredibly sweet, attentive, and genuinely caring. From the moment we arrived until we checked out, we felt welcomed, supported, and truly valued as guests. DoubleTree Sharm El Sheikh exceeded our expectations and played a huge role in making our honeymoon perfect. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sharm—especially couples looking for a memorable, warm, and exceptional experience. We will absolutely be coming back!
