Beautiful international resort. We stayed for a week with our family and found it to be very welcoming and delightful. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for peace, tranquility, and relaxation. The staff were extremely kind, professional, and never intrusive. A special thanks to Lobna ! The only downside is that access to the sea can be a bit difficult because of the rocky shoreline, making it less suitable for guests with mobility issues. Other than that, the sea is stunning, and the property is clean, well-maintained, and organized. I would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Mohammed Anfibi (I apologize if I have misspelled his name), who works in the reception security team, for helping me recover my mobile phone after I accidentally left it in a taxi. I would like to confirm once again the kindness, professionalism, and helpfulness of the entire resort staff. It is also thanks to them that we enjoyed a truly five-star holiday experience! Thank you for everything. I hope to come back again in the future! Thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable!

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. They were very helpful from the moment we arrived. Our room was upgraded to a better one. It was my wife's birthday, and they were very helpful in celebrating it. Everything was very enjoyable. I would like to thank Mr. Muhammed Barakat and all the staff for their attention and assistance. I would also like to thank the valuable Gala Restaurant staff, especially dear Bahy, for making our holiday perfect. We would be happy to stay here again if we come to Sharm.

We had an amazing honeymoon stay at DoubleTree by Hilton. Our entire experience was very well organized and enjoyable from the moment we arrived until our departure. The hotel's calm and relaxing atmosphere made our honeymoon truly memorable. The staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. The room service was excellent, and the housekeeping staff did a wonderful job every day. A special thank you to the gentleman who cleaned our room; he was extremely polite, attentive, and made sure everything was spotless throughout our stay. Although our room was located a bit far from the lobby and restaurant, this was never an issue thanks to the hotel's shuttle service. A scheduled bus regularly passed by the rooms to transport guests around the resort, making everything very convenient. A big thank you to the drivers, who were always polite, friendly, and helpful. The restaurant was another highlight of our stay. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The chef and the entire restaurant team were outstanding, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We would especially like to thank Souad for her warm welcome, kindness, and positive attitude, which made us feel at home from day one. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our honeymoon so special. Their dedication, professionalism, and hospitality made a lasting impression on us. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and memorable stay, and we hope to return again in the future.

Returning to this hotel for the second time says everything about how wonderful it is. The main reason I came back is because of the incredible staff, who truly make every stay unforgettable. The rooms are excellent, and our room was cleaned perfectly by the lovely Yousef and his supervisor Mohamed Atwa,whose attention to detail was outstanding. The entertainment team was absolutely amazing, I honestly fell in love with their energy and talent. Their dance performances were the best, especially Mohamed and Ola, who are fantastic. The reception team was also wonderful, always welcoming and helpful. The restaurant staff, including both the waiters and chefs, consistently went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. Every single member of staff is amazing. I would need pages to fully describe their kindness and professionalism. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and very well organized. From the beach to the swimming pool, everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back again.
