You may enjoy your All-Inclusive privileges starting from the arrival day until the departure day. The official Check-In time is 14:00 and the official Check-out time is 12:00. The bracelet has to be worn the whole stay and to be shown if requested. All the à la carte restaurants are available upon prior reservation. Alcoholic drinks are served from 18+ and All Inclusive privileges are from 10:00 – 00:00 (alcoholic drinks are not served/sold from 06:00 till 10:00). Please do not Pay Cash in our Food & Beverage Outlets, but upon Check-out at the Reception. Dinner at à la carte / themed restaurants upon prior reservation and as per availability – 1 reservation per stay (A la carte restaurants work according to the schedule of one à la carte per day).

We have just returned from a 10 Day stay at the sunrise remal resort. We could be anymore thankful for all the staff at the resort. A special shout out to Bulut from the entertainment team (fiesta) he made our trip one to remember. He is a key member of staff would always take time to speak to us and make sure we always had everything we needed. The waiters always made sure we had a full drink on the table and we had everything we needed. The staff are incredible and the managers should be proud that they are representing them. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

I spent one week at the Sunrise Remal Resort and had a truly great stay. The staff was outstanding always friendly, helpful, and professional. I had no issues at all during my holiday. A special thanks to Rossana and Mohamed, the Nicolaus representatives: even though I did not book through them, they were extremely kind and supportive, always ready to help with any information. The animation team was excellent, fun and engaging without ever being intrusive. The food was very good, varied and well prepared, and the weather was perfect throughout the week. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. It was a relaxing, well organized, and very enjoyable vacation.

We had an amazing week at this resort. In particular, the service was excellent and everyone was extremely kind to us. Ahmed from the reception is very nice and an humble person who made our stay very comfortable and welcoming. As Italians, we can say that the food was good and well prepared. Thank you for the great service! The bars are excellent, with a great atmosphere, and the cocktails are absolutely delicious. The coffee is incredibly tasty and well prepared. What really made the experience special was the staff — everyone working there is cheerful, friendly, and very professional. Their positive attitude made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return again. A special thank you to Amr from the small beach bar next to the diving centre — your drinks were amazing, and I will truly miss them! 🍸🥂
