My family of 7 arrived to this hotel where we received a warm welcome, where we received a smooth informative checking, the bell boy took our suitcases to our rooms while giving us information about the hotel along the way also helped us connect to WIFI. Our room was well presented and very well maintained during our stay room 233. The hotel is small and quiet which was a welcomed change as used to big hotels. The pool staff Ayman was brilliant welcomed every morning set up our loungers and towels, even cleaned our sunglasses for us! All bar staff polite and attentive around the pool and on the roof bar. The restaurant staff always accommodating my family to be able to sit together they had a table ready every night. The head chef on our last day arranged a special treat for us as we requested a chocolate gateau which was served to our table, we lived our holiday here and was made to feel very special during our stay.

The hotel is great staff are lovely and friendly. Range of food was ok. Great location of the hotel and love the fact you can travel to the sister hotel to go to the beach. Entertainment from the Magic World team was on point. Throughly enjoyed the daytime activities getting people involved in various things. Enjoyed the entertainment each evening as it was different each night and was better than just been sat at the bar drinking. The team were all lovely and friendly and you can just have a good chat with them. Would recommend.

Had a week at this hotel. Got a great price so didn't have massive expectations but have to say it was an excellent choice. Hotel is clean well kept with sizeable rooms. Staff are mainly young men but all extremely friendly and helpful and do try to make your holiday special. Lovely pool area. They don't put all the loungers out so if you struggle to find one ask the pool attendant and they will get you one quickly. Good pool bar that serves pizza, chips, burgera etc. Main buffet restaurant is good with a choice of options to suit most people. Drinks are fine, local spirits so don't expect Gordons etc but we didn't have any grumbles. Location is slightly isolated which was fine W th us but if you like to wander out and hit the bars not one for you. Soho Square 10mins by taxis as are other places. No back but they provide a mini bus service to the sister hotel Runs every hour. Beach there is very nice and worth a visit. Some good trips available if you want to get out and if you can swim a snorkel boat trip really is a must. Don't miss the chance ! Over all happy to recommend the hotel we had a great time with no grumbles. Yes you can nit pick but it is what you make it.

Me and my partner came here for our first holiday although filled with memories and good stories there is definitely room for improvement at this hotel To start the activity team are wonderful and very friendly to all guests and make your day and night time experience good, they do aqua gym and darts which is a good laugh they also offer every Sunday night the Hard Rock Cafe which is £20pp I would definitely recommend doing this you get unlimited drinks and taxi service to and from the place. The rooms aren’t very big but the beds are comfy and the showers are okay but speaking to others their shower has been a bit inconsistent. The pool is clean and a nice temperature but there are a few loose tiles at the bottom and you could cut yourself if not careful The food was okay but at breakfast there isn’t a lot of choice and the food can be repetitive at times but other than that the food isn’t too bad The bar team are brilliant and very friendly. Special mention to Amir and Mohammed upstairs who always sorted us out the second we put our empty glasses down they were on hand with a new round within the next few minutes You can take a shuttle to the beach which leaves at every quarter to the hour and soho square isn’t too far and is only a £10 taxi which covers there and back. I would definitely recommend going to soho square The room keys can be annoying I’ve been to reception quite a few times to change the key cards as they don’t always work which can become quite annoying Overall the hotel is a nice place to stay for a short break away and we enjoyed our time here

I'd like to THANK ALL the staff at JAZ NEO SHARKS BAY in Dharm El Sheikh,especifically the animation team Jhon and Amir whom are so professional,funny,interacted andkind to all of us. Waiters,receptionists,doctor,drivers,cleaners ALL THE STAFF are simple the best. Mahmoud us so kind,he looked after us very well even when my husband wasn't feeling good. Many thanks Mahmoud The hotel is clean,has a good location and I'd strongly recommend Jaz Neo Sharks Bay. My husband and I are defending coming back.
