We are having a wonderful time here in Barcelò, the animation team is incredible and makes you wanna party and play with them! The service is awesome and they are all so kind and professional. There’s a direct enter in to the riff and that’s incredible and tha water and the beach are so clean and tidy! I really recommend coming in here :)

Hotel is lovely. Set out well with a main focus point for restaurant and reception. Rooms are clean and looked after. Sunsets are incredible. Remember to haggle everywhere. Including the onsite shops. Ride the camel Zoltan! He’s lovely as is the owner and loves some fresh fruit off the restaurant table ;) staff are 50/50, some are polite and some nod or grunt at you. The food isn’t warm unless it’s fresh of the grills like you’d expect in most places abroad. Don’t forget your mosquito spray and a lot of sun cream as most items like that are £10 each at the shops. Been incredible nonetheless due to weather and the swim up pool room to cool off in.

The service at this hotel was amazing! We stayed for a week and all of the staff were extremely attentive. We stayed in one of the room with a private pool, the rooms were cleaned daily and really nice the view was beautiful. We spent a lot of time around the main pool and Mohamed on the pool bar was amazing and definitely made our holiday 10/10 his service was great and the drinks were the best I’ve had! Ali and mustafa around the pool and beach were also amazing and made us feel extremely looked after! All 3 restaurants had great service aswell and had a good selection of food that varied everyday. I will definetly be coming back and wish we could have stayed longer.

5 stars for 2 wonderfull personn at this hotel : - Mr Mahmoud working at the restaurant. He is really at the top . Always smiling and very professional . He knows how to take care of clients . I am very positiv about him. - Mr RAGB working at cleaning rooms. Room was always top clean and he was always available with kind smîle. He is really professional and at the top. I recently had the pleasure of staying again at Barceló Tiran Sharm, and I must say the improvement since my last visit is truly remarkable. From the moment I arrived, the level of service was outstanding—professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to every detail. The entire team has clearly elevated their standards, creating a much more refined and enjoyable guest experience. The accommodation itself was excellent, with noticeable enhancements in comfort, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere. What stood out the most is how much effort has been invested in improving both service quality and guest satisfaction. It’s evident that management is committed to continuous development, and it truly shows in every aspect of the stay. A very special thank you to Amr Diab for his exceptional hospitality and professionalism. His dedication, attention to guests, and leadership make a real difference and leave a lasting impression. I’m genuinely impressed and looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended!
