I had an amazing stay at voco Dubai The Palm. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, every member of the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely willing to help. Their professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail made me feel truly valued throughout my stay. I would especially like to express my sincere gratitude to the restaurant team. A special thank you goes to Mercy Shalot, Shifa, and Juliet for making every meal even more enjoyable. Their kindness, warm smiles, excellent food recommendations, and constant willingness to help were truly outstanding. They always went above and beyond to ensure we had the best dining experience possible, and their exceptional service made every breakfast and dinner something to look forward to. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a wonderful and memorable experience. I highly recommend voco Dubai The Palm to anyone visiting Dubai, and I can’t wait to come back!

What delightful staycation on this beautiful property. It's the staff that makes the stay wonderful. Thanks to Chef Virgilio for the delicious breakfast. To miss Shifa for the attentiveness for making my family feel special during our meal. Osman, Sajith, and Mandip for helping us relax while enjoying the beautiful view in the infinity pool. Also to miss Glenys at reception for a very warm welcome. Overall a very memorable experience.

Had an amazing staycation at Voco Hotel recently. Staff were accommodating and always helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean and had everything I needed, the hotel had nice amenities too. The breakfast selection was amazing and has vegan and gluten free options too.. Was not able to get everyone’s names but was really grateful to Chef Virgilio from the breakfast buffet and Amelie (?) from the front desk. Would definitely return and recommend 🙌

Service has been very good and they have discounted the room with full board package for those stranded as a result of the Iran conflict. Very clean and well equipped rooms. Our cleaner Vikash was extremely friendly and has done a great job. Buffet food was of good quality and variety. Location is also excellent with a short walk to West Beach on the palm and they do have a private area of the beach where you can get a sun bed
