We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The overall experience was fantastic: we received a great upgrade for a very fair price, the beach area is calm and perfect for relaxing, and the breakfast was excellent with very friendly staff. I also want to give special recognition to Osman, one of the lifeguards. He was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and made us feel safe and well looked after every day. His warm attitude truly added something extra to our stay. Thank you to the whole team — and a special thank you to Osman for the outstanding service.

Was my 3rd stay at this awesome Hotel. Charles the GM of the Hotel is doing an awesome Job to make this Hotel an outstanding gem. I always stayed here with my family (two small kids) and never had any issue. The location is amazing directly on the westbeach. The restaurant is providing an outstanding service and food. Mercy And Facia where always super friendly and tried to accomendate us well. The staff in the hotel is generally super friendly. At the Rooftop there is an amazing pool with a great view over the Westbeach, especially the sunsets are amazing there. Surendra there did a great job to provide us an amazing time. Also in the preparation for our trip Mohammad Badry was an really good help to organize all the necessary stuff, like transportation, special room requirements etc. I suggest that you always reach out to him upfront. We will definetely come back, its for us the best location on Palm Jumeirah.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Voco The Palm. We came third week of October, as a group of 15 for my mum’s 60th birthday. The location was great - we loved having our breakfast outdoors, having the lovely strip/ promenade to walk around and having free beach access. The breakfast was tasty, the staff were amazing and my mum was kindly given a room upgrade as a lovely birthday gesture! She loved it! And also loved the complimentary room decoration. I’d specifically like to say a HUGE thank you to: • Hossan and CM at reception - who warmly welcomed us all, as we all arrived on different days. They were so helpful and tried to accommodate our room requests. • Chef Reggie - we absolutely loved meeting you chef. My family were very excited to learn he was from the same place as us. He made breakfast extra special! • The lovely ladies & gentlemen who served us with such patience and grace at breakfast every morning - Shifa, Mercy, Sam, Rayindu & Runa. • a special shout out to Runa, who helped me take some lovely photos on my last morning at breakfast! They came out so pretty. • Sam, for his help with our luggage and ordering taxis throughout our stay • the young man who covered our housekeeping, I sadly don’t remember his name but he was also very kind and helpful. • Athar, the sales manager - who helped me pre-plan the hotel booking! It was nice to meet you in person We hope you enjoyed the birthday cake we left for the team. I had an amazing stay at the voco Dubai The Palm – everything was perfect from start to finish! The staff are truly outstanding – incredibly friendly, always smiling, and genuinely go out of their way to make you feel welcome. A special mention to Glenys and Amelie at the reception, who were both absolutely excellent – professional, kind, and made the check-in experience a real pleasure. The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained – modern, bright, and very comfortable. You can tell housekeeping takes real pride in what they do. Breakfast was a real highlight – an excellent selection of fresh, high-quality food, with great coffee and attentive service. The whole dining experience was top-notch. Overall, a wonderful hotel with an exceptional team that makes you feel at home from the first moment. Highly recommended – I’ll definitely be back!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by name at every interaction, a testament to the Voco Team’s exceptional attention to detail. Our room was generously sized, extremely comfortable, and well-appointed, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The dining options were varied and delicious, and every meal was matched by outstanding service. What really stood out was the genuine hospitality from every team member. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we felt genuinely welcomed throughout our entire stay. A special mention must go to the amazing pool team—Aziz, Khai, Khen, Samiullah, and Mubarak—who went above and beyond to take care of us daily. We’ll absolutely be returning.
