The location is beautiful, and the hotel itself looks nice. The rooms are comfortable and clean, but unfortunately the service does not match the price we paid. Compared to other 5-star resorts we have stayed at in Turkey for a similar price, this has been the weakest experience. There are many small details that make a difference. For example, popcorn and slush at the evening show are not included and have to be paid for. Even the doughnut shop at the hotel entrance is an extra charge. There are also constant queues at the bars, and the staff service could be much better. Another disappointing detail is that there isn't even hair shampoo provided in the room—you have to buy it from the shop downstairs. Overall, the location is lovely and the rooms are fine, but the level of service is below what we expected from a 5-star resort at this price.

Beautiful place, good location, lovely atmosphere, great food, great service Please be a little more attentive to the events organized in the evening; many people don’t know what’s going on or what’s being organized in the evening. I have to say that I was disappointed in this regard. Personally, given the capacity and quality of this hotel, events could be organized much better, and I hope that all hotel guests are better informed about the events taking place. Otherwise, I’m looking forward to planning another vacation here 🤗

We have now had two unacceptable experiences with members of staff during our stay. The first incident involved a member of the reception team, who shouted at my wife and even laughed in her face, as well as at our 10-year-old daughter. It was completely disrespectful and very upsetting for our family. The second incident happened at the pool restaurant by the bridge leading to the beach. My wife was waiting for me while holding our 5-month-old baby when a waiter aggressively shouted at her to leave because the restaurant had just closed. Before that, he had also shouted at her for vaping, despite there being a member of staff smoking in the same area. There was no clear indication that smoking or vaping was prohibited, only a very small sign near the entrance that was easy to miss. Regardless of the rules, there was absolutely no justification for speaking to a guest in such an aggressive manner, especially someone holding a baby. Our problems actually started on the first night. We had to wait four hours for a bed to be provided, despite calling reception several times. We were repeatedly told it was on its way, but it never arrived. We also asked for a room service menu so we could feed our children, but were told the only option available was soup unless we waited until 2:00 a.m. for the late-night food service. We were repeatedly given false information by reception and were even laughed at over the phone. We reported these incidents to the hotel manager, but unfortunately they didn’t seem to care. They were dismissive, rude, and unprofessional, which only made the situation worse. This has been an extremely disappointing experience. The behaviour of several staff members has been unacceptable, and the lack of professionalism from management is even more concerning. We came here expecting a relaxing family holiday, but instead were left feeling upset and unwelcome. Based on our experience, I would not recommend spending your money at this hotel.

The hotel was good. The highlight of our stay was definitely the animation team—they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made every activity so much fun. A special thank you to Tanya, who was absolutely amazing. She brought so much energy, made everyone feel included, and really helped make our holiday memorable.

Overall we’ve been having a lovely stay. The rooms were nice and the food was decent, but the real highlight was the animation team. They brought such a great atmosphere every day and made the holiday so much more enjoyable. A special thank you to Tanya, who was absolutely amazing- so attentive, friendly and always made sure everyone was having a good time. She really went above and beyond and is a huge credit to the hotel.
