Mardan Palace is an amazing place. When taking a look at the pictures it is quiet obvious it is a very luxurious, clean and well interiored hotel. What you can't see on the pictures are the people who work here. We had some medical issues during our stay and the guest assistance did everything you could ever ask for and even more. They organised everything for us, they talked every few hours with the hospital and made sure we were fine. You could feel they really cared about us and our well beeing and not just because we are their costumers. Thank you so much, Monica and Ikbel, you made our stay unforgettable!

If you love desserts, look no further—Titanic Mardan Palace absolutely nails it. The dessert selection is outstanding, with an impressive variety that feels indulgent and thoughtfully prepared. Most of the staff are friendly, attentive, and genuinely keen to help, which makes the overall experience relaxed and welcoming. The hotel itself is breathtaking: the interior design is luxurious, and the landscaped grounds are equally stunning, creating a real sense of grandeur throughout your stay. One area that could be improved is food labelling. It would be incredibly helpful if dishes were clearly marked as vegetarian, vegan-friendly, and nut-free, as this would make dining easier and more inclusive for guests with dietary requirements. Overall, a beautiful hotel with excellent service and unforgettable desserts—definitely a place worth visiting.

We had an amazing stay at Mardan Palace. Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The service was impeccable both in the main restaurant and at the bars in the Mardan Lounge and the lobby — truly top-level hospitality. The food was delicious, with great variety and high quality every day. You can really feel the attention to detail. Our room was cleaned daily, spotless every time, and the minibar was restocked every day with drinks and snacks, which was a very nice touch. Overall, a wonderful experience — we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Staying over the christmas period and my partners birthday. The hotel itself looks beautiful the decor is lovely however it is indeed of some much needed work and care. We were told no a la carte was open on the 25th December which happens to be my partners birthday, we were fine with this and booked for another day on that day it was torrential, raining, thunderstorms and cold when we asked how to get to our a la carte we were told there was no direct route through the hotel itself but had to walk through the rain. We were told they would get us a buggie over to the restaurant but when asking reception to help us cross they said they had no buggies we would have to wait an hour and a half by that time we would have missed the booking, we told them we will leave it and they offered no alternative or apologises just rudeness. After putting a review onto Google we got a phone call 2 days later to come and speak to reception, they said they would like to find a compromise and make us 'happy' but they couldn't offer us anything as we leave in 2 days time and before finding a way to sort the situation out we was asked to take down the review to which we said no as nothing had been sorted out. After waiting an hour the reception offered us a fish a la catre to which I am allergic and a bottle of champagne sent to our room after repeatedly explain I am pregnant and cannot drink. Nothing else was offered. The free a la carte was including in our package, not that we have received one. Unfortunately due to this experience the hotel gets 1 star review. Also mentioned to reception the health and safety risk the bath in the room poses you have to physically climb in to turn the tap on and climb back out with no railings to hold onto as I fell trying to get out of the bath and was left bruised, she said it was a design flaw. I will add pictures of the mould around the bath tub, I am also blonde I have found a ridiculous amount of black hair in the bath room and on the provided bath gowns. Another health risk is the balcony, it has not been mopped or dried out since the rain has started and has now begun to look like a little pool. We booked this hotel when it was considered an Indulgent escape it changed to a lux a few weeks before our arrival, it is understandable why.
