From the management to the person bringing you a cold glass of wine with a genuine smile, the pool bar team and the amazing animators — you are all truly wonderful! This is a wonderful hotel with great service and a fantastic atmosphere. I would especially like to mention the bartender Emine at the Lobby Bar. She is one of the best bartenders I have ever met — very caring, attentive, friendly, and always ready to make guests feel special. Her professionalism, warm smile, and attention to every detail make every visit a great experience.

Stayed for over 8 days last week. We were put in block 8 which was next to busy road & mosque so prayers were blasting in the windows 5 times a day. We were told we ok to swich in the evening but was fobbed of by day staff. Overall holiday was great special praise for Emine for good drinks in lobby and Muslum in the pool bar for being funny and making tricks. Cant complain about food and activities. There is a nice beach whre you can jump to the water and showers on the actual pier. Biggest down side was reception customer service skills.

We had the most incredible holiday in Turkey! Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. ​The hotel itself was wonderful, but what truly made our stay special was the exceptional service. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always attentive to our needs. ​A very special thank you goes out to Umut and Mehmet from the evening bar! They provided outstanding service every single night, always serving us with a smile and making our evenings unforgettable. You guys are the best! ​We had a fantastic time and are already planning our next visit. We will definitely come back! Highly recommended!

We stayed at Oz Hotels İncekum Beach Resort for the second time. Our first visit was in August 2024, and we enjoyed it so much that we decided to come back. Unfortunately, this visit completely changed our opinion of the hotel. Before our arrival, we contacted the hotel to let them know that we were returning guests and that we would be celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary during our stay. The hotel replied that they would do their best to accommodate our request, subject to availability. Upon arrival, we were first assigned a room overlooking a fence and the parking area. After we asked for a different room, we waited for several hours, only to be offered another room next to the garbage area. This room had an unpleasant smell from time to time, and we had to stay there for the entire vacation. The service was much worse than during our previous stay. In the main restaurant, not once during our 7-day vacation did a waiter come to our table to offer drinks. We constantly had to look for staff ourselves, and the service throughout the hotel was slow. The cocktails were disappointing and much worse than they had been during our previous visit. We were also disappointed to see that the shisha service, which was available before, had been removed. It is very sad to see how much the hotel has changed in such a short time. We returned because of the wonderful memories from our first stay, but unfortunately this visit did not meet our expectations. Sadly, after this experience, we will not be returning :(
