The OZ Hotel is beautifully located and offers access to three different beaches: a pebble beach, a mixed pebble-and-sand beach, and a beach with a gentle entry into the sea, making it ideal for families with children. The reception staff deserve special recognition. They are exceptionally kind, professional, and always willing to help. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation for the hotel bellboys, who work tirelessly in extremely high temperatures, carrying guests' luggage with a smile and remarkable dedication. All of the hotel's bars, including the lobby bar and the pool bar, are of an excellent standard. The food is delicious, fresh, and varied, ensuring that every guest can find something to enjoy. The coffee shop also deserves special praise for its excellent coffee and its incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. I also had the opportunity to dine at the à la carte seafood restaurant. The dishes were outstanding, prepared with high-quality ingredients, and beautifully presented. The entertainment programme for both children and adults is excellent. The animation team is energetic, enthusiastic, and genuinely committed to making guests feel welcome. Their friendliness, warmth, and positive attitude create a wonderful atmosphere throughout the hotel. Unfortunately, there is one issue that, in my opinion, requires immediate attention. The biggest drawback of the hotel is the lobby. Although the lobby bar is excellent and the lady and gentleman working there provide outstanding service, the temperature in the lobby exceeds 40°C in the evenings. Under these conditions, it is impossible to relax, enjoy a delicious cocktail, or simply cool down after a long day. I also noticed that the reception staff, the employee responsible for restaurant reservations, and other members of the hotel team have to work in these extremely difficult conditions. They appeared to be overheated, and it was genuinely concerning to see them working in such intense heat. From my observations, the air conditioning appeared to be switched off at around 6:00 p.m. I do not know the reason for this decision, but if this is indeed the hotel's policy, I strongly encourage the management to reconsider it. It is difficult to understand why employees are expected to work for many hours in such extreme temperatures while guests cannot comfortably enjoy one of the hotel's main public areas. Every evening, guests return from the bazaar, local markets, sightseeing trips to Side, or other excursions. Naturally, they look forward to sitting in a cool lobby, relaxing with an excellent drink, and enjoying a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, due to the excessive heat, this is simply not possible. I sincerely hope that the hotel management will address this issue. I am convinced that improving the conditions in the lobby would significantly enhance the comfort of both guests and employees. With this one improvement, this truly exceptional hotel would become an almost perfect place to stay.

Very Satisfied, 10/10! One of the best resorts in Alanya. The service is top-notch, from check-in to check-out, all the staff are very friendly and always smiling. The restaurant has a plentiful selection of food and the food was delicious. The hotel complex is green, beautiful, and very relaxing. It's perfect for those looking to heal and relax while enjoying the beautiful beaches of Alanya. Direct beach access is a huge plus. All facilities are kept spotlessly clean. Thank you Incekum Beach Resort for an unforgettable vacation! Highly recommended!

Amazing stay – special thanks to waiter Ahmet! Our holiday at Oz Incekum Resorts was absolutely perfect; everything was well-organized and completely fine. However, the best part of our stay was the incredible service, especially from Ahmet, the waiter who took care of our family during evening meals. He is a wonderful person and a true professional. Thanks to him, every dinner was held in a fantastic, warm atmosphere. He went above and beyond for us. Ahmet, thank you for making our holidays so special! The hotel is lucky to have you. We had a great experience at İncekum Beach Resort. The location of the hotel is excellent; the sea is shallow and sandy, which makes swimming very enjoyable. The beach was also very clean and well-maintained. The food was both diverse and delicious. It was a big advantage to be able to find something to eat at almost any time of the day. The staff were very friendly and attentive, always willing to help with anything we needed. The rooms were clean and tidy, and housekeeping was done regularly without any issues. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel was very peaceful and especially suitable for families.
