We spent 8 amazing days at Granada Luxury Resort, and honestly, we enjoyed every moment. Everything was excellent from the beginning until the end. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, the pools were huge, clean, and well maintained, and there were so many fun activities throughout the day. One of the highlights of our stay was the fitness classes with Julia from the entertainment team. She is incredibly friendly, energetic, and always made everyone feel welcome. The whole entertainment team was wonderful, but Julia really stood out and made our experience even more enjoyable. The water park is fantastic, with lots of slides and attractions for both kids and adults. The evening shows were entertaining and professionally organized, and we looked forward to them every night. We also loved spending time at the beach and swimming in the large main pool. The beach area is beautiful, and the food served there was just as delicious as the food in the main restaurants. Thank you to the entire Granada Luxury Resort team for making our vacation so memorable. We had an amazing time and would definitely love to come back!

Thank you very much For Altyn from reception she gave us an family room instead of Standard room. Very nice from her. We had an overall very enjoyable stay at Granada Luxury Hotel. The food selection was varied with plenty of choices every day, and the activities around the resort were very entertaining with many things to do for both adults and families. The shows in the evening were absolutely impressive and one of the highlights of our stay. The pools are also massive and really well designed. There are only a few negative points worth mentioning. During meal times, the hotel becomes extremely crowded, making it difficult to find a table either close to the buffet or even further away. However, it was also Bayram holiday period during our stay, so this may explain the high level of occupancy and crowds. Overall, despite the busy atmosphere during peak hours, we had a positive experience and would say the general quality and entertainment offered by the hotel are very good.

We have just returned from a 7-night family holiday at Granada Luxury Belek, celebrating both our wedding anniversary and our son’s birthday, and overall we had a fantastic stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with excellent facilities, a huge choice of food and drinks, fantastic pools, slides and entertainment, and there is always something for children and adults alike. Accommodation we stayed in was exceptional and made our holiday even more special. The person who truly made our holiday, however, was Ali on Reception. From the moment we arrived, Ali was welcoming, professional and genuinely cared about ensuring we had the best possible experience. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and he consistently went above and beyond to help our family throughout our stay. He is an outstanding ambassador for Granada Luxury Belek and deserves recognition for the exceptional level of customer service he provides. The only disappointment during our stay was with the Guest Relations team. At 10:44pm one evening, we received a courtesy call to our room simply to check whether everything was okay. Whilst I appreciate the intention behind the call, it woke both of our children and startled us, as a phone call at that time of night immediately made us think there had been an emergency. It took quite some time to settle the children back to sleep. When we raised this the following morning, we were informed that this was not in line with normal practice. Whilst the matter was discussed, I felt the response lacked the empathy and understanding we had experienced from every other department within the hotel. Thankfully, this was the exception rather than the rule. Every other member of staff we encountered was friendly, hardworking and eager to help, and Ali’s outstanding service ensured we left with very happy memories. We would absolutely return to Granada Luxury Belek and would like to thank everyone involved in making our family holiday so special—especially Ali, who is a real credit to the hotel.

A weeks break in this place has been great staff food service cleanliness atmosphere entertainment has been 10/10 There's nothing negative about it. Have lost my expensive sunglasses thought I'd ask at the reception they had the surveillance team out last night who will be looking through footage to find hopefully thier absence. Once again has been a pleasurable experience would highly recommend Have recommended to family who are coming in 2 weeks

Absolutely loved our time here. The hotel on arrival was so gorgeous outside and inside. Absolutely spotless, staff were very welcoming and our standard family room for our stay was perfect. It had a double bed, single bed and sofa bed. We had a balcony that overlooked the main hotel pool. The hotel area is massive so it may take you a day to get your where abouts but once you do you will love it. The food in the snack bar beside the kids pool in main hotel was delicious. The lifeguards over by the heated pool were so lovely, on a quiet day they assisted my 7 year old daughter with her swimming technique and it really helped her. Special mention to lifeguard Deli for being so patient and kind. There is a tunnel from the main hotel to the other part of hotel where the waterslides etc are and its only a short walk. There are plenty of places to eat over there too and perfect for ice creams and waffles. The night time entertainment was the best I have ever seen. I would also recommend going to Land of Legends for a day out and stay there until late for thr night light show. I really have nothing bad to say about this hotel. It exceeded our expectations in everyway. We normally go to Spain and Portugal but Turkey will be our holiday destination for the foreseeable. You will not regret staying at Granada Belek its wonderful!
