One of the best experiences we had in Turkey 🇹🇷 until now. We were a group of 7 adults and children and had a great time in the masive resort. We staid for 7 nights and only towards the end of our stay we managed to get our heads around of where was everything, so big this place is. There is something to do for everyone, all ages and preferences. The whole resort was in very good condition and really clean. The hotel and the rooms were nice and luxurious with good views. The food was great with a massive variety, plenty of options for everyone and would change daily. My dad in particular was very impressed and he would go back anytime! The entertainment was impressive and plenty of things to keep the kids busy so you could have a few moments for yourself.

Overall hotel was nice, it was clean, big and had decent vegetarian options. One of the biggest flaw was that the staff were unable to communicate with us which isnt helpful, especially the reception staff and client services team. Our flight was also delayed which meant we missed dinner and we had 5 under 5s with us and just wanted to get them some food and the reception staff in charge that night said we can order room service for them complimentary as it was 10pm by the time we got to the hotel and we were on an all inclusive plus package. When we were checking out they billed us and when we explained they had agreed to cover the cost they all pretended they didn't know anything about it and conveniently the person who agreed it was no contactable. We were also missing breakfast on the day of check out as breakfast started at 7am and we had to leave the hotel by 6.30am and they weren't even willing to provide us with even a croissant for the children. They weren't very accommodating at all. They would send us to client relations who also weren't helpful or didn't understand what we were saying. The website also said the a'la carte restaurants would be open in the month we visited and they were all closed. The play room was also not open due to damage and the staff had told us it was being looked into but it had been like that for a few months. The spa area was nice and it was good that the children were allowed into the heated pool area.

Really a great place to spend a quality of time. The place is huge the pools are huge and so many activities. Even indoor pools so so big and one of them was heated too. Free sauna, steam and Turkish bath rooms included if you have all inclusive. There are so many water slides to enjoy and poolside drinks and foods just amazing. We will definitely visit again. And yes if you visit then don't forget to attend their evening shows which brilliant. We loved Michael Jackson show

Perfect resort for kids. Clean, with amazing pool facilities (even if the water temp could be higher). The entertainment provided is first class, both during the day poolside and at night. Food is well varied and made for those with families, even offering a toastie service at 11.30pm. Ala Carte dining is a must, but be sure to starve yourselves beforehand. Staff were great and rooms cleaned daily.

My stay at Granada Luxury Belek was absolutely amazing! The resort is huge and beautifully designed, offering something for everyone. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very clean. The staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The food is excellent with a wide variety of options at the buffet and à la carte restaurants. The pools are stunning, and the water park is a great highlight for both kids and adults. The evening shows and entertainment programs are top-notch. Everything is well-organized, safe, and luxurious. It’s the perfect destination for families or couples looking for a relaxing and fun holiday in Belek. Highly recommended! 🌟🏖️
