We had an excellent experience at this hotel and we highly recommend it. We traveled as a couple and felt very good throughout our stay. The hotel is very well located, with easy access to the main attractions in the area and activities for all tastes. The food is very good and you have a lot to choose from, various dishes for all tastes. Access to the beach is through a tunnel, there are different activities within the hotel for people of all ages, so you can't get bored. The room was very clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff was kind and professional, Mrs. Senem helped us with everything I needed, information and recommendations to have the most beautiful vacation, she is a special person. We liked the relaxing atmosphere and attention to detail. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we will definitely come back.

Expected more from this hotel . Before booking everyone should know that it is located 2 to 2:30 minutes away from the Antalya airport , it is a small hotel not as large as it looks in the pictures , and the food choice is very limited , it is far away from everything, the bazaars , the medical facilities in case of emergencies, nothing is close to the hotel . The staff spoke English very little to not at all , i believe it should be mandatory for the staff to be highly knowledgeable of the language because of the foreign visitors . We needed medical assistance from the "24/7 doctor" located in the hotel , which by the way asks you to go to his clinic and pay hundreds dollars for a check up of any sort , 2 people came with an ambulance and pressured me to go to the clinic because my health insurance "will pay for it" , but i wasn't even insured of that....? The electricity in our room went off 3 times during the 2 last days of our stay , the staff brought a technician but never cared to look after what was causing the electricity to go off. The beach was very poorly kept with big rocks on the sand , it would be nice if the hotel invested in the beach and paid much more attention to it . During my 7 day stay very little amount of seafood was served , not sushi , but grilled fish . I would like to have more seafood varieties. The pools are very small , not very practical to the large number of visitors . The loudly played music at the pool from 10 am to 11pm made it impossible to relax . When it was the ice cream time which was very limited the line of the people waiting was so long that some people couldn't even wait in line for it , the same goes for the drinks . Overall i would not recommend this hotel for an all inclusive holiday in Turkey.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Chef Ali at Xoria Deluxe, Alanya. Our son has severe food intolerances and allergies, which can make dining while travelling quite stressful. From the moment we arrived at the dining hall, Chef Ali went above and beyond to ensure our son was safe, comfortable, and included. Every day, he made sure our son's meal was prepared and waiting for him as soon as he entered, giving us complete peace of mind. The care, attention, and kindness Chef Ali showed our family were truly exceptional. We have never been so fortunate to have such an amazing experience while travelling. His professionalism and genuine concern made a huge difference to our holiday. Thank you, Chef Ali, for making our son feel special and for taking such wonderful care of him. You are a credit to Xoria Deluxe, and we will always remember your kindness.

We stayed for 6 nights at Xoria. We were very pleased with the staff service from the arrival up to meals and other requests. We appreciated the fact that our room was cleaned every day and that the resort provides multiple entertainments. We stayed during the last week of may and the weather was not so good for the sea. Another thing that we would like to be improved or let other people know is that the wifi is not very strong and the meals are almost similar every day. I suggest for them to be more active on social media because their last post is from 2023 and it made me skeptic about the reservation.

I do not recommend it to anyone. I rate the hotel a maximum of ***. Several of us went we rented 4 rooms. There was a sewer smell in one of the rooms, we reported it several times but they couldn't fix it. The elevator was not working properly, we got stuck twice. We indicated several times that we needed a blanket and we got one! The food was raw and tasteless, we couldn't find a free seat several times. The drink selection does not meet the ***** standard! The temperature of the indoor pools was not suitable for swimming.
