Stayed here from the 30th October until 08th November. This is the second time we have stayed here and once again this place did not disappoint. The service is by far the best I have ever experienced from any other all inclusive holiday. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We stayed in room 1312 and would like to thank the maids for making the room immaculate everyday. This place has numerous restaurants, all inclusive Starbucks, a huge waterpark which has a few great places to eat as part of the all inclusive. The indoor swimming pool is heated and the gym, sauna and steam rooms were very well equipped and also free to use. On the website it states that the waterpark closes on the 31st October but both times it's been kept open for our entire stay due to good weather. The buffet reopens at midnight for anyone that checks in late. This is just some of the fantastic features this resort has. We don't normally travel to the same place twice but it pretty much ticked all the boxes. I would highly recommend this resort. By the way the waterpark is across the road and the shuttle buses are frequent and we didn't have to wait more than 10 mins max You won't be disappointed!

We celebrated our 31 years wedding anniversary in this hotel I’m so happy and very satisfied all staff from the management down to the staff are very professional , friendly , helpful, caring, and supportive. Amenities are absolutely fantastic. Food and drinks are always available and always different menu everyday . The hotel is very clean and smell great. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this to my family, friends , and colleagues. Definitely your Money worth it . I’m glad we choose this hotel . Fantastic Stay! We had a really great experience at this hotel. The service was excellent, the staff were super friendly, and the food was amazing. A special shout-out to Erin, who was honestly the best waiter we’ve ever had — quick, efficient, and so attentive. He always made sure we had everything we needed and made our meals even more enjoyable. The food deserves a mention too — everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can tell a lot of care goes into each dish. Also, a big thank you to Chef Hasan Ali for going out of his way to accommodate one of us who is gluten-free. He prepared special meals that were both safe and delicious, which really meant a lot. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Great service, amazing food, and staff who truly care. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Great hotel, great service, the room was nice (mini bar in the room filled in daily, and includes water, selection of soft drinks and danish Tuborg beers). Lots of pools, slides, and a splash park for younger kids. A 2-minute shuttle bus transfer runs every 10 minutes or so, so very convenient to go to the water park across the road. No problem with sun beds at pools. Beach area also fine, no problem with getting sun beds at any time. Water in the sea was a bit warmer than in swimming pools (in last days of September) but pools were warm enough to swim/play with kids. Food great in the hotel's main restaurant; there's a Starbucks coffee place included in the hotel and some shops. Also lots of bars (with good alcohol selection and beers, e.g. Calsberg, Tuborg, Guinness). A few restaurants in the water park area, there's a pancake hut & ice cream hut, burger hut, etc. Good entertainment every night in waterpark area which means no noise, and peace and quiet in the hotel in the evening, where you can peacefully sip drinks outside in bars if you fancy a quiet evening. Overall, very happy with our stay. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

One of the best resorts we’ve stayed at, the staff is so attentive and helpful. The rooms were cleaned and topped up daily. The entertainment staff were great. The view was great, with multiple pools, ensuring that none of them were over crowded. The only suggestion for improvement I have is regarding the pool water temperature - it was a bit on the cooler side. That said, we still enjoyed using the pools. My parents are very fussy when it comes to food and they absolutely loved all the food. There was so much variety, and multiple bars/restaurants throughout the resort. The desserts were made so beautifully, and were delicious! The coffee in the brasserie was amazing, even better than the Starbucks, which was also included. Everything was easily accessible, and the bus service from the hotel to the private beach was great. We would definitely go back, it was great value for money, we were all pleasantly surprised. Thank you Aska for your lovely hospitality!
