I would just like to take a moment to share how amazing our stay was in this hotel. We only stayed a few nights but it was truly memorable. What the hotel lacked in facilities, they made up for the service standard. From the moment we entered the hotel, we were quickly assisted by Emmanueal for our luggages. Check-in was smoothly handled by Halim. Room was a good size with complete amenities. Whatever I needed was swiftly provided. We were really grateful for Mourad, the gentleman who suggested for us to go to this private beach at Soluna Beach which was just an incredible experience and something to really experience if anyone will stay in Dubai as it was not too busy and had a great scenery especially since it’s not too hot anymore. Housekeeping also did a fantastic job whenever we would leave our room as we can always count on them to make the room pristine as if we just checked-in because everything is neatly arranged and stocked well. I feel bad not remembering the housekeeping staff that kept our room neat and tidy but I will definitely take note of it next time as this trip cannot be a once in a lifetime stay with how much we were pampered. My checkout was done swiftly by Shivam and I can definitely say it was a bittersweet ending to what I have encountered the past few days. Already looking forward to my next stay in this hotel. Area just encounters a bit of traffic going in and out of the hotel but still an amazing stay overall.

The hotel is very nice and clean and offers very good services. The staff goes over and beyond to fulfill all wishes of guests. Very well situated in the city, in the proximity of the Dubai Internet City metro station on Red Line, some 6-8 minutes walk only. Our one bedroom suite with two bathrooms was very clean, the beds comfy and the room well equipped. (Don't forget a converter for your electronic devices which you can buy everywhere in the city.) The complimentary shuttle and Soluna Beach access were a great addition to our trip. The half-board offered is a great decision, meals offered were always fresh and delicious. The overall experience was very good, I fully recommend the hotel.

I didn’t stay at this hotel myself, but my friend did — I was living nearby in a rented apartment. We spent a few evenings in her room, and I got a good feel for the place. The room was very comfortable, with a lovely balcony facing the sunrise. There’s a cozy bar downstairs, and although the elevators aren’t the fastest, there are enough of them, so it never felt like a problem. The staff were kind and attentive. They noticed we liked the green tea and made sure to restock it every day — a small thing, but it made us smile. One time, I accidentally left my phone in her room and couldn’t remember the room number. The concierge found her by name and called her in seconds. That moment stayed with me — helpful, quick, and thoughtful. One morning we decided to go watch the sunrise by the sea. At 5 a.m., a few staff members who were on duty gathered at the reception and helped us figure out the best spot. They recommended Kite Beach — and they were absolutely right. It turned out to be a beautiful, peaceful place to greet the day.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth, professional, and welcoming. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff made me feel immediately comfortable and taken care of. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained — much larger than I expected, which made a big difference in comfort, especially for a longer stay. The attention to detail in the room setup was excellent, from the plush bedding to the thoughtful layout and amenities provided. It truly felt like a home away from home. What stood out most, though, was the staff. Every single team member I interacted with was not only professional but genuinely attentive and caring. It’s clear that everyone here knows exactly what they’re doing and takes pride in their work. It’s rare to find that level of consistent service throughout an entire hotel. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm, clean, and inviting — the kind of place you can truly relax in. It’s obvious that the management takes great care in maintaining high standards across the board. Without a doubt, I will be returning on my next visit. Everything was amazing — from the spacious and well-designed rooms to the top-notch service. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality stay with a personal touch. The rooms are top-notch – modern, clean, comfortable, and spacious. The bed is so cozy that I woke up refreshed and well-rested every morning, with everything always impeccably arranged. Breakfast is truly a special part of the story – varied, plentiful, and always fresh. There’s everything from healthy options to real gourmet delicacies, so everyone can find something to their taste. It’s the kind of breakfast that makes you want to wake up earlier, because you know an excellent start to the day is waiting for you. The hotel has everything you need for a perfect stay and enjoyment. The pool is great for relaxation, the fitness center is very useful if you want to stay active, and the overall atmosphere is modern and pleasant. Even when the hotel is full, the sense of peace and comfort never disappears. What I would especially highlight is the sense of care for the guest – nowhere have I felt so much attention to making sure everyone feels good. That balance between professionalism and genuine warmth is something rarely seen, but here it is present at every moment. For me, this is a hotel I will always return to and one that I wholeheartedly recommend to everyone.
