I would just like to take a moment to share how amazing our stay was in this hotel. We only stayed a few nights but it was truly memorable. What the hotel lacked in facilities, they made up for the service standard. From the moment we entered the hotel, we were quickly assisted by Emmanueal for our luggages. Check-in was smoothly handled by Halim. Room was a good size with complete amenities. Whatever I needed was swiftly provided. We were really grateful for Mourad, the gentleman who suggested for us to go to this private beach at Soluna Beach which was just an incredible experience and something to really experience if anyone will stay in Dubai as it was not too busy and had a great scenery especially since it’s not too hot anymore. Housekeeping also did a fantastic job whenever we would leave our room as we can always count on them to make the room pristine as if we just checked-in because everything is neatly arranged and stocked well. I feel bad not remembering the housekeeping staff that kept our room neat and tidy but I will definitely take note of it next time as this trip cannot be a once in a lifetime stay with how much we were pampered. My checkout was done swiftly by Shivam and I can definitely say it was a bittersweet ending to what I have encountered the past few days. Already looking forward to my next stay in this hotel. Area just encounters a bit of traffic going in and out of the hotel but still an amazing stay overall.

The hotel is reasonably priced. The rooms are clean, as is the bathroom, but nothing special. Breakfast is good, but the same every day. The staff is very friendly and helpful (especially Mr. Emanuel from the concierge). The location is good, close to the metro and Dubai Marina. It's easy to catch a taxi, as they're constantly circling the main entrance.

The rooms are fine, although the room service is not very reliable or precise. The reception staff are very kind and helpful. The pool is too small for a hotel of this size. The restaurant is okay with a decent selection. Sometimes you had to wait a long time for the elevator, as it doesn’t seem to operate very logically.

Everything was absolutely amazing! The rooms are very comfortable, with daily housekeeping and always clean, fresh towels. The hotel is well organized and offers excellent services. A huge advantage is the free shuttle bus, which goes to Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, Outlet Mall, JBR Walk and the beach — extremely convenient and reliable. The hotel also provides access to the beautiful Soluna Beach Club, with pools and a great atmosphere. The entrance fee during weekdays is 100 AED, where 50 AED is for the sunbed and 50 AED can be used for food and drinks. Everything there is simply superb. The food experience was exceptional. I have a gluten intolerance, and the staff took incredible care of me, paying close attention even to cross-contamination. They prepared my meals fresh, directly from the kitchen, exactly as requested. Special thanks to Kevin and the wonderful staff at the restaurant entrance — truly professional and kind. When I was sick, they even prepared ginger tea for me. Highly recommended for cleanliness, location, organization and outstanding service!

My stay at TRYP by Wyndham Dubai was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome, maintaining a professional yet genuinely warm atmosphere throughout my visit. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and impeccably clean, but it’s the surrounding neighborhood that truly stole the show. ​Stepping outside, you are immediately greeted by a vibrant, friendly feeling that defines the Barsha Heights area. The streets are lined with a fantastic variety of boutique shops and local restaurants, offering everything from quick bites to fine dining. ​One of my favorite parts of the stay was walking through the local community spaces in the evening; seeing kids playing football nearby added such a wholesome, lively energy to the trip. It didn't feel like a sterile tourist zone, but rather a real, buzzing community. Whether you’re traveling for business or with family, this hotel serves as the perfect, high-energy hub. I cannot recommend it enough for anyone wanting a taste of "real" Dubai life with five-star service!
