Had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. Special thanks to Aya, who was incredibly kind and helpful and generously arranged a late check-out for us. Her support really made our stay more convenient and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I would just like to take a moment to share how amazing our stay was in this hotel. We only stayed a few nights but it was truly memorable. What the hotel lacked in facilities, they made up for the service standard. From the moment we entered the hotel, we were quickly assisted by Emmanueal for our luggages. Check-in was smoothly handled by Halim. Room was a good size with complete amenities. Whatever I needed was swiftly provided. We were really grateful for Mourad, the gentleman who suggested for us to go to this private beach at Soluna Beach which was just an incredible experience and something to really experience if anyone will stay in Dubai as it was not too busy and had a great scenery especially since it’s not too hot anymore. Housekeeping also did a fantastic job whenever we would leave our room as we can always count on them to make the room pristine as if we just checked-in because everything is neatly arranged and stocked well. I feel bad not remembering the housekeeping staff that kept our room neat and tidy but I will definitely take note of it next time as this trip cannot be a once in a lifetime stay with how much we were pampered. My checkout was done swiftly by Shivam and I can definitely say it was a bittersweet ending to what I have encountered the past few days. Already looking forward to my next stay in this hotel. Area just encounters a bit of traffic going in and out of the hotel but still an amazing stay overall.

First the very good points: - breakfast: 6 stars! One of the broadest range of breakfasts I’ve ever seen in my life, for all the tastes in the world, and good quality; - personnel: very kind, always trying to be helpful, generally speaking many languages even though some of them misunderstand basic english requests like a bath mat. - location: while the view is ensured only at high levels (we were on the 25th floor) the hotel is strategically located close to the metro and it is a good starting point for all the touristic destinations and excursions. Then the good/fine points: - the room was spacious, comfortable and accessorised, however the tv was working intermittently, usb and sockets weren’t working or they were poorly located (nothing by the bed?!); from the bed you can’t control the lamp close to the chairs, you can only switch off the entire lighting, switching off even your partner reading light. Also lacking of ambient lights. The points that didn’t impress: - pool: it is heated, located on the 2nd floor. It doesn’t offer a great view and above all it is shaded for the majority of the day. - our bathroom was showing a little wear and tear: like marked grouts, flushing button not properly working and the refilling gel and shampoo (the personnel failed to refill them twice despite our requests - the issue is that you understand that there’s no shower gel only when you’re in the shower due to lack of transparency of the containers. Generally speaking we’ve been satisfied and we would return there. The remarks come from our single experience and aren’t a reason to be dissatisfied.

I stayed for 3 nights, right in Christmas time. There are some things in the room that should be replaced, as well as in the bathroom, but overall everything was very good. The room was cleaned daily, which I really appreciated. All the staff are very kind and eager to help. Thank you for the Christmas gift, I truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. It is also very close to the metro station, so getting around is easy. Well done!

During our stay, we had an issue with the car rental company, which was not related to the hotel itself. The hotel team immediately stepped in, supported us and did everything possible to make sure we did not suffer any inconvenience because of this situation. For that, we are truly very grateful. The entire team is extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive, we felt well taken care of at all times. Cleanliness in the hotel and the room was very good. The breakfast was good as well; the selection could be a bit wider, but overall it was absolutely fine. The location of the hotel is very good in our opinion. One small downside in the room was that the windows cannot be opened even a half-opening option would be helpful for better ventilation. Nevertheless, the room was beautiful, modern, and very clean. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Thanku for all
