⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. A special thank you to Miss Sopia at the reception for kindly upgrading our room. It was such a pleasant surprise, and I truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism. Her warm hospitality made us feel welcome from the very beginning. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom was well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for providing such excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with friendly and accommodating staff.

The hotel is reasonably priced. The rooms are clean, as is the bathroom, but nothing special. Breakfast is good, but the same every day. The staff is very friendly and helpful (especially Mr. Emanuel from the concierge). The location is good, close to the metro and Dubai Marina. It's easy to catch a taxi, as they're constantly circling the main entrance.

Horrible! Can't recommend it at all. I've booked the room for an important meeting. Arrived in my Lunch break so I could eat something before. Ordered room dining, after an hour I called and asked when my food is going to arrive since my break is over and they said the order went through but they forgot about it and didn't prepare it yet. I canceled it and ordered something from careem while in my meeting. Apparently the hotel policy does not allow them to bring my order to my room and do not have any understanding for my situation and that I'm not able to come down to pick it up. Such a bullshit! I'll definitely not come back neither can I recommend it to anybody. The Hotel stuff should make your life easier, thats the reason why we visit hotels, not more complicated. Can not complain enough about this hotel!! Even after I explained that I can not come down to get my order right now and even after I asked to not disturb me because I'm working I got a call two times to tell me about my order and that they are not able to bring it up. Worst hotel ever!!

I was so exited to stay at Tryp in Dubai. It was my first visit to Dubai. Main reason I have booked this hotel was location and complimentary shuttle to Soluna beach. When I arrived I found out that shuttle is no longer available and when I expressed to the reception that I wasn’t aware of that and I wouldn’t book this stay otherwise, they were not help to me at all. It is not my fault that communication between travel agency and hotel was so poor that customer didn’t get full information about services which are actually available. I believe guests should be informed in advance when a key advertised service is no longer available. Another reason I am very unhappy is that there is very poor service for breakfast and dinner. To order one fried egg I was asked by probably Chef - to ask someone else and after 30 min of waiting I got completely over cooked egg. And about dinner? There are no options except 3-4 casserole . You can order salad from menu but it take ages for someone to come and actually ask you if you want to order something - even if the restaurant is empty. Never expected such a service in Dubai and won’t come to this hotel again. Also will not recommend to others. Not worth the money.
