My partner and I just returned from an amazing vacation at the TRS Yucatan hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The service, atmosphere, and the entertainment was top notch. The pools, bars, and restaurants, and daily activities felt endless. There was always something to do, and every space was spotless and so well maintained. A huge thank you to the entertainment team! Alessandra, David, Andres, and Chef Eduardo for truly making our trip unforgettable. Alessandra and David took us snorkeling right off the beach, and Andres led us paddleboarding, which were such highlights of our trip! We also joined several group classes: tequila tasting, cocktail making, guacamole, and tortilla classes and every single one was so much fun, perfectly organized, and run with so much energy and personality. Our amazing butlers, Jessica and Jose, went above and beyond every day to make sure we were taken care of. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, and their kindness made our stay feel effortless and luxurious. Overall, the service was impeccable every staff member was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about creating an unforgettable experience for guests. Can't wait to come back!

5/5 — Incredible 9-Day Stay at TRS Yucatan We just returned from a 9-day stay at TRS Yucatan and it was truly exceptional from start to finish. Our room was amazing — spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The entire resort is beautifully maintained, with lush grounds, clean pools, and well-kept furniture throughout. Being right on the ocean makes the whole property feel even more breathtaking. The food was another highlight. Every restaurant delivered great meals and memorable experiences. We never had a disappointing dish the entire trip. The Chic and Bingo shows were fantastic and extremely entertaining and fun. Great value for the party evenings they provide! What really made our stay special was the outstanding staff. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and professionalism stood out every single day. We are so blown away. This is our first time staying at an all inclusive resort, and we're here to celebrate our honeymoon. We've been here 6 days and leave in a couple, but we are so sad seeing our trip come to a close. I highly recommend archery with David. I was also blown away by Edui at El Gaucho, and Alexis and Gustavo, our butlers who coordinated together to make our honeymoon even more romantic with surprise flower pedals and special services. Each person we've been helped by has been eager, talkative, kind, patient, and attentive. The rooms are fantastic. We got the Jacuzzi terrace and made good use of it. Each room comes with a butler who is knowledgeable and attentive. It took a little while to realize just how much service was available. I felt bad having people come into our room at first, but the service is there to pamper you with 24/7 room service for meals and snacks, help with scheduling/finding activities, cleaning service, and even a turn down service where beds are prepared for you to sleep, curtains are drawn, slippers are prepared, etc. The facilities are awesome. The water is pretty, restaurants are great, activities have a lot of availability, and the resort is super walkable. We love strolling whenever we need to go and enjoying all of the big iguanas everywhere. I wish we could live here.

We had a great stay at TRS Yucatan and would recommend it. Below are the pros and cons: Pros - Large rooms with trendy interiors - Butler service with stellar, helpful and friendly - Pools were beautiful and lots of space for lounging - Drinks included top shelf, though wish bartenders would have suggested fun drinks more - Bingo was not like any other bingo we had experience, a must attend! - Silent dance party was lots of fun and drew a crowd - Beach was lovely - Lobby bar and ambiance - Sportsbar was great - Italian, Mexican and French restaurant were so good, highly suggest the pasta and fondue. Shout out to Marco at the Italian restaurant, he went above and beyond for my gluten allergy, was very kind and sincere - Breakfast and lunch buffet offered many options, as well as al a carte was good. As noted below, more seasoning would have been good and al a carte took quite some time. - Pilates, paddle board yoga, aqua aerobics, archery and riffle shooting were lots of fun. - Spa was a nice visit, plus the hydrotherapy. We sat through the sales presentation to receive these for free. - Transport was good between sections of the hotel - Really friendly employees everywhere Cons - Wish the entertainment crew would have been able to involve and excite the crowds more - No water volleyball - We recently stayed at a resort with a live DJ each day that play all kinds of music. It was not too loud, but just made the stay more enjoyable. This was not part of the experience here and was missed. - Food needed more seasoning and labelling for allergies. - Ocean is quite rocky and not overly enjoyable for swimming - Night time entertainment was mediocre. We tried the colonial, but found it to be disjointed and just in the middle of the lobby - Steaks were not the best and some sides were luke warm/cold, something they are working on - Beds were not super comfy and sheets left me feeling itchy We have been to palladium before with our kids, while it was nice experience it as an adults only, it is a great family resort as well. Kids club looks great and lots to see and do for all.

TRS was great, all the restraunts were amazing and tasty. Everything was so clean and all the facilities were so nice! Gabriel was our butler for the stay and he made this vacation so easy. I recommend making reservations for your dinner plans as soon as you get to the resort so they don’t fill up. We enjoyed all the bars & drinks & breakfast. Definitely want to come back!
