We have so enjoyed the Grand Palladium as a whole. The resort is amazing, beautiful, and so relaxing while also having so much to do! The most noteworthy is the staff! They are all incredible people who are accommodating, kind and always looking to go above and beyond to make it memorable for you. One person we met a few times was David from the entertainment/ pop team. He was so much fun and had a great personality. We did yoga with him in the mornings as well as an aqua pole dancing class that was hilarious. Luciana, Ariana, and Arturo brought us drinks by the pool at TRS often and were so kind to make sure we were taken care of by the pool. Maria and Edilberto were so kind and cleaned our rooms beautifully! And our butlers, Patricia and Jose, made absolutely sure we were taken care of every step of the way. We will definitely come back for the beautiful location, if not just for the wonderful service. Thank you TRS!!

We had a wonderful stay at TRS Yucatán and cannot recommend it highly enough. Our room was spacious, airy, and so clean. We had everything we needed. What stood out was how thoughtfully every detail was handled, especially for my birthday. Sweet little surprises were left in our room that made the occasion feel special. Our butlers Israel, Carlos, and George were exceptional: warm, attentive, and meticulous in every sense. Whenever there was even the smallest hiccup, they were on it immediately, always with a smile and a kind gesture. At the Zentropia Spa, Angelica and Valeria gave us incredible massages. Hands down one of the highlights of the trip. At Bar IO, Ignacio and Pedro (and all the other servers) made an ordinary day fun and relaxing with their friendly service and enjoyable chats. Every restaurant, bar, and pool area was spotless, and the staff throughout the entire hotel were consistently friendly and welcoming. This is a place where you can stay for a long time and never feel bored. We’ll be back.

We had a great anniversary stay at TRS to celebrate 4 years. Check in was breezy and we were provided 2 hats as welcome gifts which were very useful with the sunny weather. The butlers, servers, bartenders, and busboys were all extremely pleasant and nice. Our villa butlers, Jose and Jessica, were prompt in assisting us with booking reservations and answering questions we have. Our room provided us with 2 complimentary bottles which we were able to enjoy over the course of the stay. The housekeepers kept our room tidy daily. We mostly stayed on the TRS side and enjoyed the infinity pool, Helios, the gym/spa, and the pickleball courts. We were pleasantly surprised that the sports complex offered pickleball, tennis, shuffleboard, volleyball, basketball, soccer, mini golf, and more! Our one complaint with the sports center is that each hole of the mini golf was on a tiny hill which made it very difficult (recommend skipping this activity). Our masseuses, Nancy and Angelica were wonderful and Lazaro assisted with booking it (we recommend booking thru Spa Staff that walk around in blue as they offer daily promotions that are cheaper than booking thru butler or lobby workers) Overall the food & drinks were delicious. We recommend Helios breakfasts and the Argentinian steakhouse and Italian restaurant for dinners. The beach access was incredibly far, but accessible with the shuttle. We would most definitely recommend staying here and we hope to come back.

This resort it's beautiful with tons of bars and restaurants. The staff is amazing and very welcoming abd friendly. I gave this resort 1 star because th me food its beyond disgusting 🫣 For the price we paid, we were expecting good quality food but it was the opposite. We went to El Gaucho (Argentinian cuisine) the empanadas we ordered were raw and the steaks we ordered you can tell they were flashed cooked. We also tried the French restaurant, the lobster bisque was beyond fishy, the scallops were like rubber and the tuna steak you can tell it was once upon a time frozen, defrosted, adn flash cooked as well. We also visited the sports bar they had a self serve food area. The fried were cold, the chicken wings looked like it could potentially cause food poisoning. The hotdogs looked like they had been sitting there for hours (they were changing color). We understand that this is an all inclusive, but that is not an excuse for the food to be so mediocre. We will continue to try and find a resort where food is as important as everything else.

Had the best night and dinner in Tentazione! We were celebrating our honeymoon and we got one of the best tables in the restaurant looking out over everyone. It was decorated fantastic. Edui was our server and could not have made the night more special with his recommendations and welcomeness. Edui went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us as part of our celebration! The food was delicious and there was a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant on the night! Thank you to all the staff and especially Edui for making our night so special!!
