Came with the family to the aqua park resort, every single one of the staff are such a delight and I really do wish them all the best ! We did run into a few issues with cockroaches in our room on the ground floor in the family room however the staff acted quickly and also offered to give us another room if we were feeling too uncomfortable. Other than that this resort is definitely a family friendly place with a range of entertainment for the kids. I also personally thought the food was decent which isn’t always the case in loads of resorts. If you’re thinking of coming to Egypt in general please make sure to take precautions such as jabs and medication becuase the environment can make you fall ill. All in all had a great trip !! Thank you so much to all the staff — Yusef the cleaner, Ahmed, Mahmoud and Mohammed at the reception, and all the chefs, the people who give out drinks and everyone for their hard work thank you so much !!

Very good quality service and excellent team. I get vip guest from this hotel Today was a wonderful experience. I was pleasantly surprised by the interior design of the guest room and waiting area, as well as the warm welcome and the overall improvement of the staff. I highly recommend it for honeymooners and friends. They have exceptional bedrooms and high-quality service. Interestingly, the staff members wear naval uniforms and captain's attire. Truly a unique experience.

What an amazing 2 weeks at Titanic Royal. Everything was really top class, great food, great service & great entertainment. Thanks Mehmet for the wonderful memories & so many laughs by the whole team, Coco, Anna, Theresa were exceptional in keeping us entertained for our duration. Will definitely visit again. Really enjoyable time, would highly recommend. The Resort is very clean and well looked after. The pool areas are great and well-maintained. The food variety is a little limited in the main catering area but they do have themed restaurants that you can book during your stay. The night entertainment could be a little better but nothing that would put me off coming back. Overall great resort.
