⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars Our stay at the Hilton Hurghada Plaza was absolutely outstanding once again. This was not our first visit, and just like every previous stay, the experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel continues to deliver exceptional service, warm hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere that keeps us coming back. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to every member of the hotel team. From the housekeeping staff who maintained our room to the highest standards, to the restaurant and bar teams who consistently provided excellent service, and the front desk staff who were always professional, helpful, and welcoming. Everyone played a part in making our stay truly memorable. A special thank you goes to the wonderful animation team, especially Susi and Khadija, for their energy, kindness, and dedication to ensuring guests have a fantastic time. We would also like to express our appreciation to Mr. Islam and Ms. Sara Midhat for their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests. Most importantly, our biggest and most heartfelt thank you goes to Mr. Tarek Emad. His exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and personal attention made our stay truly special. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel valued and cared for, and his dedication is a true reflection of the high standards of Hilton Hurghada Plaza. Thank you to everyone at Hilton Hurghada Plaza for another amazing stay. We look forward to returning again and again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a first-class experience in Hurghada.

The kids' club left a very pleasant impression. The staff is kind, attentive, and knows how to connect with children. Every day, engaging activities, games, creative activities, and a mini-disco ensure the children have a fun and exciting time. Thank you to the kids' club team for their care, warmth, and positive attitude. Parents can relax knowing their children are in good hands. It's staff like this that make family vacations even more comfortable and memorable. We'll be happy to return!

I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Hurghada Plaza. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and perfectly located with stunning views of the Red Sea. The rooms were spacious, modern, comfortable, and always kept spotless by the housekeeping team. What made our holiday truly special was the entertainment team. They were energetic, friendly, and professional, creating a fun atmosphere every day with activities, games, and evening shows. They always made guests feel welcome and included, and their enthusiasm added so much to our experience. The staff throughout the hotel were kind and attentive, and the facilities were excellent. I highly recommend Hilton Hurghada Plaza to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Egypt. I will definitely return in the future!

Here’s a polished review you can use: I recently stayed at Hilton Plaza Hotel in Hurghada and had a very enjoyable experience overall. The hotel is beautiful, with stunning views that make the stay even more special. The animation team deserves particular praise – they are outgoing, friendly, always smiling, and constantly encouraging guests to join in the activities, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Housekeeping was excellent throughout my stay. The rooms and public areas were spotless, and the high standard of cleanliness was clearly maintained every day. The only area I feel could be improved is the restaurant service. While the staff were polite, it would be nice if waiters were more proactive in offering drinks to guests during meals. On several occasions, I had to look for a waiter myself to request a drink.

Our stay at Hurghada Hilton Plaza was exceptional from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with outstanding service that made us feel valued and relaxed. A special thank you to Mohammed Ibrahim, who took the time to accommodate us with the perfect sea-view room. Waking up to those stunning views every morning made our stay even more memorable, and we truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism. We would also like to thank the dining staff for their wonderful hospitality, Ahmed Elnemery in particular for the exceptional service. Every meal was a pleasure, and they always made sure we were well looked after with warm, attentive service. A huge thank you to Taha from the housekeeping team, who looked after us throughout our stay. Our room was always impeccably clean, beautifully presented, and equipped with everything we needed. His attention to detail and friendly attitude did not go unnoticed. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking sea views, fantastic amenities, and a relaxing atmosphere that made it the perfect place to unwind. Thank you to everyone at Hurghada Hilton Plaza for making our holiday so special. We would highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return!
