I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The location is convenient, and the hotel offers great value for money. I’d like to give special recognition to Hamdy, who truly made my stay exceptional. He is very professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Hamdy goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable, and his positive attitude made a huge difference during my stay. Employees like him are a real asset to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay — and a big thank you to Hamdy for his outstanding service!

Lovely hotel and staff. The food in the buffet is good but lacks flavour. If you're looking for an amazing dinner go to Tandoori the Indian restaurant in Titanic Palace where Manjeet the chef makes amazing dishes full of authentic Indian flavours and the nabager Ahmed is always courteous and helpful. The reception staff are always helpful no matter how busy they are especially the dark haired lady with curly hair who's name I don't know. The restaurant staff are quite nice too. The chef doing the eggs on the morning is very good and remembers you with a smile. I will say the only thing that wasn't great was the housekeeping which failed to clean the room well, didn't empty the bins and didn't replace toiletries or used glasses. Otherwise this holiday was fantastic!!!

Just got home from a 10 day stay just me and my daughter. Upon arriving there was an issue with the balcony door as it wasn’t locking, obviously being alone I wanted to feel safe, reported this to reception and someone came out within 10-20 mins to fix. From this I had the most perfect holiday. Cannot fault it. Pools, food, entertainment, weather, staff… everything was amazing. Definitely recommend

This hotel is next level, we've stayed here twice now and both times its been more then worth its money. Staff are happy and helpful Rooms are spacious and clean with stocked up fridges each day The beach is close and easy to acess. Id 100% recommended to stay here.
