The staff were really nice and helped a lot. The rooms are amazing, just a lot are different than others. The location is right next to the beach, except its quite shallow water unless you walk down the pier to the diving point. Cold water on the slides, wouldn't go because I hate the cold but yall got your own opinions! Have fun here

This was our second stay here after seven years, and once again it proved to be an excellent choice. Every single member of the staff was exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive, which truly made our stay special. The hotel is impeccably clean, with the garden being continuously and beautifully maintained. The quality and variety of the food were outstanding and exceeded our expectations. As a small suggestion, it might be worth placing an informational sign near the pier to warn snorkelers about potentially dangerous fish species (such as puffer fish, lionfish, etc.), as we noticed several guests trying to touch them and felt the need to warn them ourselves. Overall, everything was excellent once again, and we would happily return in the future.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay and couldn’t fault this hotel at all. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional — friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive throughout our stay. The hotel itself is stunning, immaculately clean, and beautifully maintained. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with daily housekeeping done to a very high standard. Food and drink were excellent, with a great variety and quality across all meals. There was always something for everyone, and the staff in the restaurants went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. The pool areas and facilities were first-class, never feeling overcrowded, and the atmosphere was relaxing yet lively when you wanted it to be. The beach area was also well maintained and perfect for unwinding. Overall, this truly felt like a luxury 5-star experience from start to finish. We felt looked after at every step and would 100% return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Egypt and looking for a top-tier hotel stay.

Hello, We stayed at Jasmine Palace Resort during the first week of December. The weather was amazing, and the staff were very welcoming. The food was very good as well. However, we were not satisfied with the drink options, especially the alcoholic beverages—cocktails, beer, and wine didn’t taste good. The accommodation was also disappointing. The rooms are quite outdated, with very old and uncomfortable beds, and the bathroom equipment is also worn out. We did enjoy all the treatments (massage, pedicure, facial treatments, etc.). They offer them directly on the beach, but there are no fixed prices. They usually start with a very high price and then negotiate, which seems to be common everywhere. I wouldn’t recommend leaving the resort. We booked a Hammam with MTS outside the resort and had a very bad experience. A taxi was supposed to pick us up and take us to the salon, and they claimed it was only a 10-minute drive. It’s turned out we lost 4 hrs because the taxi driver picked up other guests from different resorts. I was expecting there to be more traditional, local music and dance performances.
