Amazing Restaurant Staff & Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The restaurant staff at Rixos Magawish are absolutely amazing! They are extremely hardworking, attentive, and always welcoming guests with a genuine smile. The food is also very good, with a great variety of dishes and something to suit every taste. What really makes the experience special, though, is the staff. They are always around, very helpful, polite, and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and enjoying your meal. A big thank you to the entire restaurant team for their excellent service and positive attitude. They truly make the dining experience much more enjoyable. ❤️

We celebrated our daughter’s birthday, and thanks to your care and attention, this evening became truly special for her and for our entire family. A huge thank you for the wonderful surprise, the birthday cake with a candle and for singing birthday songs in three different languages! It was incredibly touching and made us very happy. Your smiles, kindness and genuine attention are truly priceless. A very special thank you to Farha! She is incredibly attentive, friendly and professional. Everything we ordered, from delicious dishes and treats to drinks, arrived at our table incredibly quickly. She was always attentive to us and did everything she could to make sure we felt comfortable. Farha, you are amazing! We had our first-ever visit to Rasa Indian Restaurant today, and it completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, the hospitality was second to none. Manager Mohamed and Rania went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and taken care of throughout our meal. ​The entire team was exceptionally lovely, attentive, and warm, striking that perfect balance of professional and genuinely friendly service that turns a simple dinner into a memorable experience. It is rare to find a place where every member of the front-of-house staff is so consistently thoughtful and eager to please. ​Coupled with the inviting atmosphere and fantastic food, our first experience here has certainly won us over. We are already looking forward to returning. If you are looking for incredible flavors paired with world-class hospitality and a team that truly cares about their guests, Rasa Indian Restaurant is an absolute must-visit. Five stars all around!

This is our first time in Egypt, and we’re absolutely thrilled. The resort is huge, has 30 pools, and is luxury and modern. It has everything you could want, we especially loved the greek restaurant Mykonos, the Turkish restaurant Lalezar and italian restaurant L‘Olivio . The saganaki Feta and the choclate cake at Mykonos was delicious. We also liked the Lahmacun and Adana kebab, the Mushroom Arancini, Salomon and the cheescake in particular, were delicious, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Even the chef stopped by to make sure we were enjoying our meal. We had a great evening. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag jedoch zum Abendprogramm, uns hat das Gesangsduo gesanglich leider gar nicht gefallen. Hier hätten wir uns dann auch etwas Abwechslung gewünscht.

We had an amazing dining experience at Casa Fiesta, located at Rixos Premium Magawish. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish prepared to perfection and full of flavor. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout the evening. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the music created the perfect ambiance for a memorable dinner. A special thank you to Ahmed Hassan for his outstanding hospitality and for making our evening so enjoyable. We truly appreciate the wonderful atmosphere and the beautiful dinner he provided for us.
