Loved the hotel so much really nice amazing animation team was super . Food was good I was worried about reviews about food and drinks but they was good had grill options pizza normal offers for a 5 star hotel . You get what you pay for breakfast options are amazing huge option . Juices are free included only extra is the fresh juice which is a company not the hotels juice . So it’s all good . Rooms we had a villa room was not outdated I loved it was amazing and spacious . We also arrived earlier and was allowed to check in at 10 am which I found amazing . Perfect hotel . Pools amazing beach is good . Only fault I had to say is guest relation caused me issues . Before booking my trip I expained im British and my situation and was told something completely different to what happened and was charged extra when arrived and was told it has nothing to do with guest relation but I said no it’s their job to inform guests of all info and check in policy as I work in guest relation so I know what is needed and she did not help at all if she informed me instead I would’ve. Come prepared instead a huge hassle occurred instead jasmine guest relation appalling instead of helping caused issues the only issue on the hotel was this The receptions waet helped me in the situation and was good staff amazing animation perfect hotel lovely would definitely come again

Lovely hotel enjoyed with my family, the rooms are nice villa type and right next to the pool. Food was nice and great choice every day. Entertainment was good. Rooms could be a tiny bit more done up. Beach is nice with a nice beach bar with really nice food and drink. A hotel shuttle bus runs from the hotel to the beach and takes 5 mins. These buses run regularly. No wifi anywhere apart from the lobby, but I didn’t mind since I was too busy enjoying with my family. Overall lovely hotel and nice staff.

Definately not a 5 star hotel. Terrible experience here. On arrival we were left to wait in the lobby for over two hours without no drink or food offered to us. Ahmed at reception is rude and abrupt and does not care for guests. Most the staff at this resort are rude and angry. If they’re not getting tipped they treat you with disrespect. Ruined our Egypt experience for me and my two boys who very excited to go. Also there were 8 of us who went and about 5 of us suffered with a bad belly lasting around two weeks. Rooms are very old fashioned didn’t even have a head board to my bed. Drinks at the hotel were the worst I ever had. Overall this has got to be the worst hotel I have been to in the last 7 years of travelling.

The hotel surprised me with its food, which was quite good for a budget five-star hotel. They also have organic coffee and plenty of swimming pools. The hotel is on the second beach, so a shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes to the hotel's private beach. I was pleased with the hotel management's friendly attitude toward its guests, who don't cut off bracelets for guests with late check-outs. Overall, the hotel made a very good impression.

Most of the staff are super friendly, we had a brilliant time , if you tip the staff are brilliant. The guys in white shirts are a massive problem though. Trying to sell you stuff every half hour. I won't go back because of that but apart from them guys its a brilliant place.
