The hotel is excellent, the staff and the facilities are brilliant the only downside was our room allocation had no view and was facing the lobby bar. We stayed with the roon as it didn't bother us too much. All in all we cannot fault it and would recommend it to everyone. The golf courses were in fantastic condition and we will definitely be back again.

I’ve just come back from an absolutely unforgettable stay at the Titanic Hotel in Turkey, and I’m convinced it’s one of the best holiday spots on the planet. Everything felt five-star from the moment we arrived. The staff were beyond amazing… warm smiles, quick help with anything we needed, and a genuine kindness that made us feel completely at home. They truly know how to treat guests like VIPs. The sports facilities deserve their own round of applause. Whether it was diving into activities, hitting the gym, or enjoying the outdoor sport options, everything was world-class. So much choice, everything brilliantly maintained, and a buzzing atmosphere that made every day exciting. You can relax here, or you can get active and burn energy… the best of both worlds. The whole experience was seamless, fun, and packed with those little touches that make a holiday special. I will 100% be returning because one visit simply isn’t enough. Titanic Hotel Turkey, thank you for a brilliant stay. Already looking forward to the next one!

Exceptional hotel. Only things I can flaw is the supermarket in the hotel, where the hotel is located you can’t go to a local shop without jumping on a bus for essentials and one in hotel is expensive. Air con in room is hitty missy, and staffs English could be better. But overall had an amazing stay here, actually got engaged here and booked the photographer Rossi who was professional, polite and fun throughout. Buffet is really tasty and has lots of choice, plenty of drink options as well. À la cartes are an amazing experience as well, Italians was our fave. To get to the beach you can either take a train or boat, the boat is like a day trip in itself really great. Also shout out to Mustafa who owns a clothes shop in the hotel, he is really friendly and loves a deal, really got on with my fiancé and gave him a gift for his 30th birthday. Top quality clothes as well! Also to note weather around this time of year is nice during the day but chilly at night! 😀

Guest Feedback During our stay, we encountered several issues that we feel should be brought to your attention: 1. Limited Food Availability The restaurants are only open for breakfast, lunch and supper, they close in the afternoon until 6:00 p.m. In the afternoon, only light snacks such as waffles, cakes, salads, and pide are available. As a result, there are no proper meal options during the afternoon or late evening, which caused inconvenience for my family wishing to dine outside regular meal hours. 2. Lack of Evening Entertainment We noted that there were no shows or entertainment provided in the evenings, only a poor singing band and DJ in one outside bar which made the atmosphere rather quiet compared to expectations for a resort stay. I suspect this is due to the time of year, and guests should be made aware of this before booking. 3. Housekeeping Standards Our room was not fully cleaned on a daily basis. For example, the rubbish bin was sometimes left full, suggesting that cleaning routines were not consistently maintained. 4. Children’s Facilities Several entertainment machines in the kids’ area were out of order. Additionally, the Kids Club did not appear to be properly supervised or engaging for the children. On one occasion, when we left our children there, half of the rooms were closed, and the children were left to wander while staff members were talking at reception. 5. Visitor Policy We were surprised by the hotel’s visitor policy, which only allows guests to stay for 30 minutes. We were charged €150 for a one-hour visit, even though our visitors did not use any facilities. Although we eventually received a €50 discount, we feel this policy and charge were unreasonable and poorly handled. For visitors just meeting guests and not using the facilities, this charge should be nominal. 6. Room service When we attempted to order room service, it appeared that the in-room telephone system was not functioning correctly. The attendant on the room service line was unable to hear me clearly. I contacted reception to explain the issue, and they transferred me back to room service; however, the problem persisted, and the attendant still could not hear me. In the end, I had to message the hotel via WhatsApp to place the order. This was a frustrating experience that could hopefully be improved for future guests. 7. The Hotel In general the hotel was relatively clean however it is starting to look tired, with stained carpets, broken doors (our room door was split and insecure), dark areas where light bulbs have not been replaced, missing tiles in the pool area, tied towels for the pool area to name some of the issues. Some re-investment is needed to bring the higher “Titanic” standard back to the hotel. We hope this feedback is taken constructively and helps improve the guest experience in the future.

We have just gotten back from a stay at this hotel, overall the holiday was good and I have a lot of good things to say about the hotel. But there are a couple of issues with a few of the staff, it can be hard work being friendly and happy all the time for us all. We found there was a few members of staff who gave a negative attitude towards us either at the beach waffle bar and especially at reception. We had to change room due to ants and other creatures within the room and water coming into the room due to the door having an issue. The Guest relations team, especially Efe, helped get us moved quickly and gave amazing service. But the reception staff when moving messed us around a lot and gave a really poor attitude towards the move (Naz) and it just made it feel like we was putting them out and not welcome at that point. We all have bad days, but we are on holiday for a short time and don’t need the stress of someone’s attitude to mess a day up when you only have that time to take a break from your own life and stress. But the facilities are great, with the beach being a nice train or boat ride away, makes you feel you are somewhere else. The kids club was great for our 8/9 year old and just remember to sign up to the workshops as they are good but they are not part of a full schedule for kids. For younger kids, our 4 year old, it was not as good as other places as the activities are not as well planned or happening a lot. So the kids are left to play in soft play or wander around a little. But the staff are all amazing, friendly and really nice people. Entertainment in the evenings is not like other hotels, they have amazing facilities but there is not a mix of performances or shows like other hotels and this was a little disappointing. But seams a choice by the hotel to not do this and only stick to a DJ or other simple stuff. Shame but it’s not a place to see great shows like other places we have been and enjoyed. Other than the little situation with a couple of staff, it was a nice holiday and I would recommend the hotel. But I cannot give it 5 stars on this trip due to the small issues and the fact 1 out of the 6/7 days had been stressful due to attitudes which were not needed.
