I had such a wonderful stay at The Yama Hotel Phuket! The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing, but what truly made my experience special was the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. A special thank you to the breakfast crew, especially Peach and Kae, who were always so friendly, cheerful, and helpful every morning. Their warm smiles and kindness made breakfast such a lovely part of my day. They truly went above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed and cared for. Thank you to the entire team at The Yama Hotel Phuket for making my stay so memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket, and I hope to come back again soon!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can highly recommend it. The room was beautiful, spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The bathroom with the shower and bathtub was amazing and everything felt modern and well maintained. The pool has an incredible view, the breakfast was very nice, and the location is perfect, close to the beach and great places to enjoy the evening fire shows. A special thank you to the amazing team: Spy, Aom and Nina from reception, who were always helpful with bookings, questions and recommendations. Also a big thank you to the Food & Beverage Manager Golf (GRM), as well as Pui, Tan and Tee from the restaurant and kitchen team. Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming. The staff truly made my stay special. Great service, great people, and a great hotel! I would definitely come back!

I enjoy my stay so much here, exceptional service, the staff is very friendly and fun especially Golf, Pui and Peach, Tong, Aom are very welcoming, thank you so much for the hospitality! And I want to thank Aon for helping me with information for scuba diving. Thanks to Det and Spy for booking taxi to the airport. The food is amazing, thanks to the chef! Thank you to all the staff at the hotel! I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here when I come back! :D

The service has been excellent, and all of the staff have been incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Peach and Pui at the restaurant for their outstanding hospitality and attentive service throughout our stay. I’d also like to recognize Mr. Chay, the cook, whose food has been absolutely amazing. Every meal was delicious and prepared with great care. I had a very pleasant stay at The Yama Hotel overall. The hotel is lovely, although it does feel a little tired in some areas and you can clearly see signs of wear and usage. The highlight of the hotel is definitely the staff. From reception to the restaurant and bar staff, everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive and welcoming throughout my stay. The restaurant was another big positive. The food was absolutely delicious and I really enjoyed eating there. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and I liked the bathroom layout with a separate shower and bathtub as well as a separate toilet. The only small downside is that there is no Smart TV, so you can’t easily watch Netflix or YouTube. While the rooms are well maintained and clean, some signs of wear are clearly visible. The pool area is very nice and has a beautiful view. The main thing to be aware of is the location. The hotel is outside the main Kata area and separated from it by a very busy road, which makes walking difficult and, in my opinion, not particularly safe. The hotel is also located up a hill. I usually walk a lot when I’m in Thailand, but here I found myself relying on taxis to get around. Having a scooter or car would definitely make the location more convenient. Overall, a very nice and comfortable hotel with excellent staff, delicious food and a lovely pool. It could use a little refresh in some areas, but I still really enjoyed my stay.
