Really nice hotel. Stayed for a week and the staff were good too. It is multilingual and seemed to cater more to Germans and Russians but I didnt mind. Food was nice too, especially the a la carte restaurant near the pool. Drinks are fresh and they dont use the cheap syrup other hotels use. Spa is included and comes with a sauna and cold plunge pool. Would highly recommend

the hotel is fantastic, there is no hidden surprise you get exactly the rooms shown in a perfect state super clean everything is spot on. the food is great diverse and there is for every tastes. the food is more or less daily different for dinner which makes it not boring.we enjoyed lunch at the pool restaurant or beach restaurant. the staff is nice friendly and helps with anything you need or want. the spa is also a great escape where you can enjoy for relaxing time. only downside is they don’t provide 1 single double bed mattress which might be inconvenient (for us at least) but instead link 2 single beds. overall ignore every weird or bad review and just book and enjoy your stay it is totally worth it. I would personally recommend it and come again and again to this hotel!

Great vacation in this hotel. Everything is excellent, from attention to tourists to service at the hotel in general. I especially want everyone to know that the most delicious gezlume is cooked by the best and most adorable woman, it's not just delicious, it's a masterpiece. It's not just professional, it's a hotel decoration. Her gezlume can eat forever. and the girl Shalola, the best employee of the hotel, solves all the issues of tourists, soft, attentive, beautiful. The hotel is definitely the best in all categories. Special thanks to the group of animators, they always have unforgettable vacation days.

Not the 5-Star Experience It Claims to Be I stayed at this hotel for about a week in July. To sum it up: this hotel does not meet 5-star standards. I honestly don't understand the reviews I sometimes see from people who say they've returned to this hotel multiple times. Why would anyone keep coming back here? Spend a little more and go to a different hotel instead. Let me break down the issues. 1. Unfriendly Staff There are certainly a few friendly staff members, but overall, most of the staff I encountered were not friendly at all. In particular, the staff at the lobby bar and the bar on the floor below had a real talent for making even a simple order feel unpleasant. When I ordered a latte at the lobby bar, instead of mixing steamed milk with espresso, they just mixed milk with regular drip coffee. The front desk staff were no better. When I called from my room with a question and spoke in German first, they hung up on me — this happened five separate times. It was only when I started speaking English that they finally responded. Is it really that hard to just say "please speak English" when a guest speaks German? This hotel calls itself 5-star, but you cannot expect anything close to 5-star service here. Honestly, the housekeeping staff were by far the friendliest and most pleasant people at this hotel — a stark contrast to the front desk and bar staff. 2. It's Hot — Everywhere Of course it's hot in Side, that's expected. But the air conditioning in the lobby is barely functioning, so it's uncomfortably warm all day long. The elevators don't seem to have air conditioning at all — they're basically saunas. You start sweating the moment you step out of your room. There's zero sense of that refreshing feeling you'd expect from a hotel lobby. This is probably part of why the lobby and bar staff are so unfriendly — when your working environment is this bad, how can you expect anyone to have a service-oriented attitude? Ultimately, this comes down to hotel management. I've seen many reviews mentioning how hot the interior is, and the fact that it still hasn't been addressed suggests either laziness or unwillingness to spend money. Improve staff conditions — if you can't retain people, pay them more. If management refuses to invest in staff and improve working conditions, the consequences will fall directly on guests, and eventually this hotel will fail. 3. Sharp, Uneven Rocks at the Beach This can't really be fixed, so if you're planning to stay here anyway, just be aware. (I wore water shoes and it was still uncomfortable.) 4. Poor Management of Pool Loungers Guests reserve sunbeds by simply leaving a towel on them and disappearing — this needs to be strictly enforced. Because of the rocky beach, the pool is really the only place to relax at this hot hotel. But if there are no free loungers available at the pool either, what's even the point of vacationing here? 5. Food Runs Out Too Quickly The whole point of all-inclusive is being able to eat what you want, whenever you want. But within 30 minutes of opening, the main dishes are already gone, leaving only side dishes. To hotel management: hire more staff. Conclusion I won't be returning to this hotel — or to Side — again.

The Sense De Luxe in Side absolutely deserves every one of its five stars for delivering a fantastic, genuinely memorable stay for the whole family. Even though the trip was in the quiet off-season in late November and with a disabled parent, the hotel felt vibrant thanks to its outstanding building, modern design and impeccably clean interiors everywhere you look. The resort layout makes getting around easy, and the facilities feel fresh and well maintained, which is especially important when travelling with someone who has limited mobility. While the large outdoor pool was understandably closed in this season, the heated indoor pool and spa more than made up for it and turned chilly days into relaxing wellness afternoons. The combination of indoor pool, spa, fitness and general amenities really gives the impression of a true five-star resort rather than just a standard beach hotel. The food is on a completely different level: the sheer variety, the consistent quality and the fact that there are options at almost any time of day make it very hard to ever feel hungry here. From rich buffets to snacks and sweets, there is always something that suits every taste, and everything feels carefully prepared rather than mass produced. A special highlight is the Cafe Mandarin downstairs, which quickly became the favourite spot for coffee, cakes and a quiet break – it feels like a little café world of its own inside the hotel, perfect for recharging before the next activity. But as impressive as the building, cleanliness, amenities and food all are, they still do not come close to what truly defines this place: the people working here. Every single member of staff encountered – from reception to restaurant to housekeeping – was genuinely kind, attentive and helpful, treating the family and especially the user’s disabled father with real warmth and respect rather than just routine politeness. A heartfelt thank you goes in particular to Samet, Ibrahim and Numan from the reception team, who were graciously accommodating and welcoming at every turn, to Enes from the entertainment team for being such an amazing sport and bringing smiles even on quieter November evenings, and to Ali Tunç, Ibrahim and Irem from the restaurant staff for their wonderful kindness, attention to detail and constant care at mealtimes. Thanks to them, the Sense De Luxe in Side is not just a beautiful hotel, but a place that truly feels like home for a while. Thank you to the entire staff for the unforgettable stay.
