I did not stay at this hotel, but my family member did and their praise for the services and rooms was fantastic. This trip, due to last min, we were not able to book a suitable room at the hotel, but managed to get a room across them at another hotel. However, during our stay, we constantly passby the hotel to go through the gallery to reach the other side where the pavilion was. I would give praise to Mr Md Jahid, although we just passby the hotel only, he managed to recognize us, and constantly greet us with a smile. Even sometimes would have some casual talks with us despite knowing, we are not the hotel guest. Generally, all their staffs are full of smiles too. Definitely would try to plan another visit to the location and stay at this hotel when have the chance the next time round.

The Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur is an exceptional experience by all standards. The location is superb, just steps away from Pavilion Mall and within walking distance of the iconic Petronas Twin Towers. The rooms are elegant and comfortable, and the service is outstanding from the moment you arrive until checkout. The staff are professional and anticipate your needs before you even ask. The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious stay in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.

I have been travelling to Kuala Lumpur on business every couple of months for the past few years, and I almost always stay at The Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur. During these stays, two members of the breakfast team have consistently made my mornings special, and I would like to recognize their outstanding service. Tariqul at the juice counter is exceptional. He remembers that I enjoy a freshly made green juice, even though it isn't part of the regular breakfast selection. Every time he sees me, he prepares it automatically without me having to ask. He also never fails to greet me warmly and reminds me to take care of myself. His thoughtfulness, consistency, and genuine care go far beyond excellent customer service. I would also like to commend Nilufa, who always welcomes me back with such warmth that it feels like coming home. As someone who travels frequently for work, being away from home can be tiring. Tariqul and Nilufa have made each business trip much more enjoyable through their kindness, attentiveness, and personal touch. They are wonderful ambassadors of The Ritz-Carlton's legendary service, and I am truly grateful for everything they do.

Our family had a fantastic stay in the 3 Bedroom Suite at The Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur. The suite was incredibly spacious, beautifully presented and provided more than enough room for everyone to relax in comfort. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. What really stood out was the exceptional service and attention to detail by the team. Every member of staff was warm, friendly and professional, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Their genuine hospitality made our stay all the more memorable. Reception, porters and the cleaning staff were so welcoming and polite. The gym and spa was another highlight. It was well equipped, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully maintained throughout the day, with fresh towels and chilled water constantly replenished. The small touches that made a real difference. We also used the kids club (runs 3-4pm) for our kids (2 and 6 years old) and they loved the activities. As a Marriott Gold Elite member, I was already grateful for the complimentary 2pm late checkout, but the Duty Manager went a step further and kindly extended it until 3:00 pm to accommodate our late flight. This thoughtful gesture exceeded my expectations and perfectly reflected the hotel’s commitment to outstanding guest service. I would highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur to anyone visiting the city. From the exceptional staff and excellent facilities to the outstanding location , it was a wonderful experience. My family absolutely loved the hotel and we look forward to returning.

Great experience. Everything was exactly what you would expect from a hotel of this category. The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly and helpful. The pools (two in total, one of them adults-only) are very nice, although the number of sun loungers is limited. Getting around the hotel can be a bit confusing at first, as it is large with many corridors and different levels, so it took us some time to find our way. Breakfast was good, with a solid selection of options. In the morning, however, there was sometimes a short wait for a table, which the staff managed well. That said, it might be worth considering expanding the breakfast area to minimize waiting times.
