Great hotel to stay in the heart of KL! Nice, fresh new rooms, very delicate bathrooms. Breakfast at 19th floor, wide selection of items, fresh omeletts, juices, sweets, different bread types and so on. But the nice wiew of the twin towers from the restaurant makes you forget the whole breakfast a little bit. One floor up the rooftop pool with the same nice wiew of the twin towers, you can spend some time on the sumbeds and the pool here without getting bored! Next to the pool is the gym, and they have nice shower and change area next to the pool, which means you can hang out even after check out. Worth a visit, but book it at a 3rd party webpage as Hyatt sells their room at a double rate at their own webpage (strange policy but true)

Grand Hyatt KL was an incredible experience for a weekend trip! We booked a twin room for 12K points / night and ended up getting upgraded to a standard suite due to globalist status - an insane deal. Their standard suite was 1300 sqft… it was HUGE probably the biggest I’ve stayed in! Room and bathroom were very nice. Floor to ceiling city views. The view from the lobby is of the twin towers… gorgeous. We debated staying in the Park Hyatt but chose this and we’re glad we did — view was amazing and service was A+. Breakfast at thirty8 was as among the best I’ve had at a hotel. Giant buffet including selections from across the world, plus our favorites: a fresh squeezed juice bar and kombucha. The hotel is in a nice walkable area — like 10 min walk to the twin towers and beautiful KLCC park. Lots of malls/food within close proximity too. We didn’t go to the pool but walked through and it looked very nice.

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur and would highly recommend it. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—right in the city center with stunning views of the Petronas Twin Towers and easy access to shopping, dining, and major attractions. The rooms are spacious, modern, and extremely comfortable, with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer breathtaking city views. Everything was spotless, and the bed was especially comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The service truly stood out. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of local and international options, all fresh and well presented. The facilities, including the pool and gym, were well maintained and added to the overall luxury experience. Overall, the Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur delivers top-class comfort, service, and location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers.

Had the afternoon tea set with my bff for her birthday. It was Friday and very few tables were occupied. Service on the floor were excellent and very attentive. Food wise, I like the savory dishes a lot but the sweet offerings have some misses. The teas and coffees were great, and they serve decaf and with plant based milk. RM138 nett is considerably great spend. 12-5pm chitchat with great view, and decent food.

This was our first stay at Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, and we were truly impressed from the moment we walked into the hotel. All the bellboys were extremely kind and helpful, especially one elderly gentleman who was small and slim, very friendly, and always ready to assist us. He kindly helped us with directions, greeted us warmly every time we passed by, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We really appreciated his genuine hospitality and friendliness. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a chance to see him on our last day. We would truly appreciate it if the hotel could pass on our heartfelt thanks to him from two female travelers from Thailand who asked him how to walk to EQ rooftop. The rest of the staff were also wonderful—always smiling, friendly, and professional. The front desk team was especially lovely, explaining everything clearly and making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Overall, this stay was a truly positive and memorable experience for us. Thank you to the entire team for making our first stay at Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur so special. We would definitely love to return in the future.
