Pros: strategic location next to a big mall in central of KL, very big spacious rooms and are reasonably priced. Staff polite and accommodating. Tea, coffee and snacks are provided in room. Complete toiletries in bathroom. Big beautiful swimming pool, small gym and table tennis table too. Cons: breakfast is a full vegetarian style though there are eggs cooked in different styles. The menus are repetitive. Some rooms may need refurbish. Overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Will repeat my stay.

I had a wonderful stay here and I am very satisfied with the room. The room was clean, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations. The staff were very polite, friendly, and always willing to help. I felt well taken care of throughout my stay and received great service in every aspect. I truly appreciate the warm hospitality. I will definitely choose to stay here again in the future and highly recommend this place to others.

Stayed in Sep 2024 Liked · Our premier room was big, clean and with couch, chair, working desk. Bathroom was nice and clean, with separate shower, WC and bath tub. All necessary amenities were provided. Complimentary chips, cookies and soya milk drink were for guests consumption. Room service was great. Near the monorail station which connectivity to other parts of the city. The Berjaya mall is next door with many restaurants. Disliked · The mattress in the room (2412) was not comfortable at all. It is in rundown condition and springs were poking in my back. The pillow was very thick and not as per my tastes. The bathtub was leaking and had to call room service to clean and mop the floor. Though I visited in Feb (you can read my review on Booking com), just copying the same review here as well.

Room was spacious. The staffs of this hotel were very helpful and great. Special thanks to Siew Hong to arrange my son's suprise bday cake, Rana from the pool cafe, Sharif from room service and many more. The Staffs at conceirge were equally polite and helpful. The hospitality is top notch. Breakfast is vegetatian spread. I would say it is still delicious though. Monorail just beside hotel. Nice pool dor kids and adult. Convenient location. I would have given 5 stars for room if only the bathroom shower was not malfunction and the sink tap was overly gushing out. The location is good. I would definitely return back.
