Checking-in to the Bejaya Service Apartment was on the 14th Level (West Wing) - Same as hotel check-in. However, the service apartment is located in the East Wing and we have to travel up to Level 15 to cut across the Swimming Pool level to the other wing. On Level 40, our view was superb. We could see IKEA and a stunning night view. The room was certainly dated with aircon taking a while to cool the room and the TV is also not a smart TV. There is no USB ports for charging and there is no lighting in the living area. However, to make up for all these, there is a bathtub, an ironing board, ample supply for bottled water including soft drinks as well as tid bits in the form of snack crakers. Bed is a little on the soft side but there an extra pillow in the cabinet. There was a convention when we were there so there is a large crowd on Level 14 on the West Wing. However, the staff is friendly and urshered us to available seats while waiting for the check-in. Since there is only 2 super-single beds in our room, this may not be suitable for a family of 4 grown-ups! We stayed for only 2 nights for our repeated visit to KL this trip. Shopping is abundant in the Times Square mall and the experience is great! However, admission fee applies if one were to visit the indoor theme park. Lala-port in new near by building is fairly new shopping arena that has yet to take-off. There is also a new Times Square 2 building that will be ready in Oct 2027 with about 70% tenacy filled - mostly for investments as service apartment from RM$600k onwards.

Such a lovely hotel! We're staying in a spacious family room that's stocked with plenty of water and snacks, which has been so appreciated. The staff have all been incredibly warm and helpful, but this morning I had the loveliest interaction with Kanagess, who truly embodies Malaysian hospitality. It's little moments like these that make a stay so memorable.

On June 2026 I stayed in Premier room , Big size room , comfy bed but bad choice of pillows , big very clean bathroom with handheld bidet and all personal hygiene needs , room is very simple old fashion furniture style NOT in a level of 5 star hotel Breakfast buffet all vegetarian accept for eggs - hotel should consider guests to choose what they like in breakfast not what administration like and believe in , , Coffee and tea in the room with free mini bar daily Nice polite personnel , but shortage of bell boys to handle luggege at check out time , you will be forced to handle your own. Just steps away without going outside as they are connected is Berjaya Times Square mall and many other malls are walking distance like Lala port mall , sungie Wang and BB street, Metro station is just in front the hotel Wifi is very good

Room was spacious. The staffs of this hotel were very helpful and great. Special thanks to Siew Hong to arrange my son's suprise bday cake, Rana from the pool cafe, Sharif from room service and many more. The Staffs at conceirge were equally polite and helpful. The hospitality is top notch. Breakfast is vegetatian spread. I would say it is still delicious though. Monorail just beside hotel. Nice pool dor kids and adult. Convenient location. I would have given 5 stars for room if only the bathroom shower was not malfunction and the sink tap was overly gushing out. The location is good. I would definitely return back.

That was our first time at Berjaya Times Square, and we had an excellent time there. As we requested, the staff at the reception arranged rooms with a clear view of the Twin Towers, the 118, and the KL Tower, among others. Eventhough the hotel was not a new one, clean and well-managed rooms were so comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent!. The shopping complex was a plus there. Above all, the officials were very cordial to help us when requested. We wish all the success to the whole TEAM.
