I had a wonderful experience staying here. The location is absolutely perfect, with most of the city's major tourist attractions just a short 10-minute walk away, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. The staff truly stood out throughout my stay—always friendly, professional, and eager to help with a smile. Their hospitality made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The food was another highlight. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning, with a good variety of options to start the day right. Overall, the combination of a prime location, exceptional service, and great food made this a memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur, whether for business or leisure.

this is a great hotel for family and medium level of stay. friendly service, a bit slow, but good. rooms are spacious, we always get multiple rooms when traveling with family. price is affordable, and the executive lounge is where you can go to find some quiet dining options if no kids are around. nice city view. good location, inside a mall, with many dining and shopping options. walking score is not high, you have to walk over the skybridge to reach the main shopping malls and petronas twin towers, about 20 min walk. Do recomment for budget friendly stay. Not luxury.

Really enjoyed our short stay at this hotel. From the moment we stepped out of the elevator we were welcomed and greeted warmly by the staff. Check in was smooth and we were allowed to check in early as the room is ready. The room is clean, good water pressure, bed comfortable but the pillows are quite flat for my liking. Other cons are there is no kettle provided and the bathroom floor is very slippery. Breakfast buffet have quite a good spread but the food is rather average. However all the drinks are nice and delicious. The breakfast staff are also nice and polite. One particular staff named Ennang was very helpful. She even helped us to get our drinks. Overall we are satisfied with all the services given and recommended anyone to stay here.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. What truly stood out was the hospitality of the staff, especially the restaurant team. We were traveling with our infant, and the staff went above and beyond to help with our baby’s food requirements, always being attentive and accommodating. Their kindness and willingness to assist made our stay much more comfortable and stress-free. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent service. We would definitely recommend this hotel to families traveling with young children and would be happy to stay here again. Cleaning Staff Mr Amin was helpful in cleaning the room during the entire 3 day stay.

Wonderful stay! We stayed for one night to celebrate my husband's birthday. I only requested a slice of cake but the hotel surprised us with a cake and balloon decorations in the room. Such a thoughtful gesture! The swimming pool was great and the hotel is located in the same building as Intermark Mall, making it very convenient. There are plenty of food options and shops in the mall. For those who enjoy walking and getting some exercise, KLCC is within walking distance via the pedestrian bridge across the road.
