Excellent Service, Location, Amenities and F+B @ KL Sentral July 2026 Location 5/5 + Being connected to KL Sentral Station with easy access to ETS, KLIA airport express and local trains is fantastic. Food 5/5 + Breakfast (level 5 and exec lounge) / Dinner Buffet (level 5) and evening f+b in exec lounge are high quality and delicious! Service 7*/5 Great service from the entire team. Especially when we needed some unexpected medical attention. Team was responsive and caring and went above and beyond, sending soup and porridge, cleaning room at odd hours, etc. We cannot thank you enough for this heartfelt hospitality. Amenities 5/5 + exec lounge - team, atmosphere, f+b - special mention to Emon, Kai Ze and Mr Salim. + gym (real gym with proper free weights) + pool - resort style with f+b on offer, water slide and water falls! One very minor upgrade wish (July 2026) - need to upgrade to smart TV / enable device streaming .. current channel offerings are lacking. Suggestions + Consider adding a proper French bistro / brasserie restaurant/cafe as a breakfast, lunch and happy hour f+b option. Would be ideal for business lunches that roll into meetings at the exec lounge. + Offer healthy dessert options in exec lounge in evening (fruits, yogurt) - even if on request only. Read less

I had a wonderful one-night stay at Le Méridien Hotel and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to our needs. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, making it a perfect place to relax. The bed was especially cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was elegant yet relaxing. Everything felt smooth and well-organized, which made our short stay even more enjoyable. ​Exceptional Stay with Unbeatable Connectivity ​I had a wonderful stay at Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur. The location is absolutely perfect if you are traveling or on a quick business trip—being directly connected to KL Sentral makes getting to and from the airport via the KLIA Ekspres incredibly easy and stress-free. ​The service from the front desk to the housekeeping staff was warm, professional, and attentive. My room was clean, spacious, and featured very comfortable bedding that made it easy to unwind. The highlight was definitely the breakfast spread at Latest Recipe—the variety of international and local options was fantastic. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and top-tier hospitality in KL.

Excellent service from all staffs. Very friendly and helped a lot with the late check-in. The room was superb with comfy bed and aircond. The location is right next to the KL Sentral which is the main train station & easily accessible. Also right next to Hilton. Breakfast was amazing, but take note of the peak hours at 9 with a lot of guests on weekends. Want to stay there again.
