We enjoyed 13 nights in this hotel and enjoyed it very The room with a very small Balcony are top=9 Price/performance is top=9. Access to the Soluna Beach Club with shuttle bus is top=10. The location of the hotel is top=10. We'll be back next year, but we'll book without breakfast = 5 because we weren't impressed with the breakfast. We don't use the pool=4 10= Maximum. Overall my experience is very positive. The staff are amazing and helpful. On my early morning check in there was some misunderstanding as the travel agent didn't inform the hotel about early check in or even book to include the previous night. I suggested to the check in staff I would go and have breakfast and hopefully a room would be available. I was informed that I could not have complimentary breakfast until the next day. It would have been a wonderful expression of hospitality if the staff had the freedom to offer complimentary breakfast, especially after a night flight. I did eventually get a room and I was thankful for this. I am still enjoying my stay and the wonderful experience of the hotel and staff. Thomas Ryan

The rooms at The First Collection Marina are spacious and airy. The staff are incredibly attentive, polite, and genuinely helpful. The menu could be a notch better (speaking as someone used to Turkish cuisine 🙂), but the location is great and prices are very reasonable. Huge thanks to the entire team! During my stay I also shopped via the Noon app—front desk kindly received my packages and even took care of the returns I left with them. Overall, I had a wonderful holiday. If the rooms had balconies (so we could step out for a smoke), it would be absolutely perfect.

Staff are amazing room is perfect for wheelchair user apart from location of room .Totally understand rules on not going above 5th floor but we were literally sitting on the motorway and hotel have no executive accessable rooms and price to upgrade to lounge was ridiculous. Also offer courtesy transport to beach resort but nothing if you are a wheelchair user and when asked if they would provide a taxi for a wheelchair user we were told maybe then nothing. Disabled tourist are at a disadvantage in this hotel. Blacksmith excellent food and staff are lovely. Also worth noting no toilets on pool level and again no accessable toilets at blacksmith you have to go ground level or your room. All in all nice hotel friendly staff but not great for guests in wheelchairs & to negotiate to the marina is tricky due to very limited drops in the curbside once there the marina is completely flat. As a wheelchair traveller wouldn't stay there again for the reasons stated.

One of the best hotel ever. Service is excellent! The room are spacious, very clean and super comfortable. The location is fantastic, stores and restaurants are at walking distance. The staff at the reception and all over the hotel are always very collaborative and kind. It has been a very good experience! Thank you to all the staff. I recommend this wonderful hotel in Dubai!
