A very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Everything was perfect. The staff really have everything under control and take great care of all guests with a lot of heart. The food is good, but some dishes are repeated quite often, even though there is a large variety. The entertainers are absolutely amazing – they create a great atmosphere every day and do a fantastic job! Thank you for the wonderful stay. We would love to come back ♥️

We stayed at Sunrise Royal Makadi Resort in Hurghada from 17.5 to 24.5 and had an amazing experience. From the first day until the last, we felt welcomed and treated like family. We would especially like to thank manager Mostafa Lotfy, who was extremely kind and caring towards us during our stay. His professionalism and warm attitude made our vacation even more special. The entire staff from the waiters to the chefs were incredibly friendly and kind to us and our son. Everyone was always smiling, helpful, fast, and very attentive. We truly appreciated how clean and organized everything was. The food exceeded our expectations and there was a huge variety and everything was delicious. We were also very impressed by the cleanliness of the whole resort including the pools which were always spotless and well maintained. The beach is absolutely beautiful and the weather during our stay was perfect. Another wonderful surprise were the massages at the resort spa which were truly amazing and very relaxing. We would also like to thank the housekeeping staff. Our housekeeping man was extremely kind and kept leaving us lovely surprises in the room which made us smile every day. Special thanks once again to all the waiters for their excellent service. They were always very helpful, quick, professional, and clean. This resort gave us unforgettable memories and we would gladly come back again.

We had a great staying with my family. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help. The food was very good and honestly better than we expected. The beach was beautiful, and we really enjoyed snorkeling. There were lots of colorful fish, and we were lucky enough to see turtles very close to us. We also enjoyed the animation team's shows. They had different activities and performances every day, which made our stay even more fun. Overall, we had a very good experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had such a pleasant stay at the hotel, it’s definitely the best hotel in Hurghada for families, everything is just perfect. The food, the rooms, pools are so clean and the whole place is kids friendly which we really like. The Animation was stunning.. the foam party and the beach party were something’s else.. so many programs each day and special thanks for Fadi, he is decent person and so helpful. We really liked the vibes each night 😍❤️ Will come again very soon. Highly recommend.

One of the best resorts I've ever been to. You can feel the difference between, say, Long Beach and this resort. It's a completely different level. The food is delicious and varied. Plus, you have a choice of five restaurants nearby that are truly delicious. The service is the best I've ever had. I recommend the steak house and the Japanese restaurant. I think we'll be back.
