Despite some negative online reviews, our stay from June 8th to 14th in Room 555 was absolutely great value for money. The Positives: The Brand New Nonya Aqua Park Incredible, modern, and a massive highlight for the trip. The smart Wristband Access: The coolest and most convenient feature your room key is integrated into your bracelet, it’s photo attached. Excellent Room & Service: Our room was recently renovated, fresh, and very comfortable. The room service was consistently good throughout our stay.( thank you Mohamed the housekeeper) Food Variety: There was a great selection and variety of food at every meal. Special Thanks: A very special thank you to Mr. Ahmed Khames, the Hotel Reception Manager. His outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and helpfulness made our stay truly excellent. The Negatives: The Beach & Sea: For 4 days of our trip, the beach experienced an extremely low tide. Swimming directly from the shore was completely impossible, not just hard. The only available solution to swim in the sea was walking all the way to the end of the marina. Guest Etiquette & Rules: The hotel needs to enforce its policies much more strictly. Many guests did not respect the restaurant dress code, and others were entering the pools and aqua park wearing regular cotton shirts instead of proper swimwear. Crowds: The resort was crowded, though this wasn't a major issue for us. Overall, it was a memorable vacation and we highly recommend it

Heads up if you are going for a vacation: • If you are a woman, The housekeeping will enter your room without knocking to watch you changing your clothes. The housekeeping entered my room without knocking while I was changing my clothes. Same happened to my friend, who woke up to two men standing in front of her bed and watching her... On two separate days. • You will go to the lobby to scream about it. Management will do nothing about it. Like in the video attached. • You will get food poisoning, like 3 of my friends had severe food poisoning. Fever, throwing up, the whole package. One person is a mistake... 3 people on three different days? Not a mistake. • You might get diarrhea like I did, with severe stomach ache. 2 days ruined. • Your bag will be broken. They broke my bag, and broke my friends laptop. • You will wait 20 minutes in the queue in restaurant to get your food, just to get that food poisoning. • You can't change or return your beach towel mid day. Keep it soaking wet or dry it yourself. • Cups are dirty, and the bars only offer stale soda and powdered juice. Alcohols if you drink. Don't expect anything more. • Horrible treatment from the staff. Horrible. If you are angry you are ignored or told to lower your voice. My whole family, my friends and their families have had continuous fights just to get basic rights and were met with rudeness. Oh and the aquapark is super cool. That's the only good part, if you survive the food poisoning, allow the housekeeping to watch you changing your clothes, and are okai with returning with broken luggage and zero accountability from their end. Horrible.

The place is decent overall, and the water park is large with plenty of attractions and activities. However, there were several issues that negatively affected our vacation. First, we had a major problem with the reservation office. We arrived at the hotel at 9:00 AM and had to wait until 1:00 PM because they claimed there was no reservation, even though the mistake was on their side. It was clear that the hotel was extremely overcrowded and operating well beyond its capacity, while the number of staff was insufficient to handle the volume of guests. As a result, service was slow and some employees appeared stressed and were not particularly friendly in their interactions. Another downside was the restaurant. The food was repetitive, with almost the same dishes being served every day. This became very boring and is something I have never experienced at other hotels. The overcrowding was also very noticeable in the restaurant, making the dining experience less enjoyable. The evening entertainment was also very poor and not worth spending even a few minutes watching. Finally, the level of cleanliness was below expectations and does not reflect the standards of a five-star hotel. Overall, the hotel has good potential because of its large water park, but significant improvements are needed in customer service, food variety, cleanliness, organization, and crowd management.

⭐⭐☆☆☆ 2/5 Stella Gardens was a very mixed experience. The biggest positives were the staff, who were all friendly, hardworking, and doing their best. A special thank you to Marlena from Guest Relations for making sure my family was comfortable, and to Hassan, our driver, who helped us visit great places like Senzo Mall and Hurghada Marina. The housekeeping team also did a fantastic job keeping our room clean and creating lovely towel animals each day. The aqua park was easily the best part of the resort and was enjoyed by the whole family. The standout dining experience was the Taj Mahal Indian restaurant at Stella Beach. The food was delicious, full of flavour, and the Indian chef deserves special praise. Unfortunately, the Royal Wok restaurant was disappointing and not worth using an à la carte reservation on. The main buffet was the biggest let-down. The food was repetitive, bland, and lacked variety. Soft drinks were often not cold, and some food and drinks tasted watered down. The all-inclusive package also didn’t feel truly all-inclusive, with extra charges for items that should be included. The resort looks nice, but it’s very large, meaning a lot of walking between facilities. The evening entertainment was boring and finished too early, and there isn’t much to do nearby at night. Overall, the staff worked incredibly hard and made the holiday better, but the food, drinks, entertainment, and all-inclusive experience need significant improvement. I wouldn’t return, but with some changes this resort could be much better.

An absolutely incredible stay with phenomenal service!From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms were spotless, the amenities were top-tier, and the resort itself is stunning. While my system took a few days to adjust to the local climate and different culinary ingredients, the hotel staff could not have been more accommodating. They eagerly prepared plain rice and tailored simple meals just for me until I felt better. The level of care here is unmatched, and we cannot wait to return!
