Tl;dr - don’t recommend. Better save up a bit more for a better hotel instead. The reception is extremely slow and uninformative. There was no introduction to the hotel, activities, nor information about the shuttle bus to the beach. The staff is usually nice, however it’s common to have more awkward or unpleasant interactions overall. Especially if you’re trying to ask for a drink at the dinner table and have your request ignored by several employees and then after a while coming back to you with something completely else than you ordered. Food - 2/10 without any hesitation. The meat is always dry, desert almost always tastes the same (no matter the type of dessert), and you’d think you couldn’t get fries wrong, but i must disappoint you there as well. The hotel can’t even cook a basic potato. Drinks - try ordering soda and it will always come warm and bubbled out, the only consistent experience was bottled beer. NEVER ask the staff for sparkling water, because you will be served carbonated tap water (one way trip to bathroom for a few days). Overall I advise you spend your money elsewhere. I will never be coming back to this hotel.

Great staff ! Couldn't be more helpful ! Rooms are large and clean , plenty of hot water, powerful shower and nice balcony. A few loose tiles and some groutjng needs attention. Plenty of food choices and excellent quality. Lobby bar - the best staff in the hotel ! Tamer, Mustaffa and Mamood are amazing . Mr. Yanni makes sure everybody is happy. I will definitely come back for this great experience !

I had a great time here. Amazing service from the workers. Every activity was perfectly organized. And bartender Abdulla Moubark served us lovely drinks as we enjoyed the pool and weather. He's a great guy! The hotel is nice but outside of the hotel, there is not too much to see. It's mostly desert. If you go to Hurghada or Cairo, you'll have an amazing experience and everything is more than worth it. All the people here provide for you and take care of you to ensure you have an amazing time here.

Today, I was at the Estla Garden Hotel. My family and I had an excellent day. We played nice games and the food was very good. The service staff was excellent. They gave us the best greetings and the best cocktails. Thank you, bar man Andrew Osama. And thanks to the Estla team for the welcome. I will come back again to spend a day again. Thank you very much ❤️

The hotel itself is really nice. The grounds are beautiful and really well maintained. The hotel reception staff are very accommodating. We had an issue , which was not the fault of the hotel and Abdul went above and beyond for us. I am very grateful to him for helping us. Staff - All the staff here are amazingly friendly and helpful. Be sure to tip as it really does help. Touts - These are all day every day. Every time we sat down we were offered the spa or a massage. It does get quite tedious as ultimately, we want to just unwind. Rooms - We had a very generous room with a massive terrace. It is a bit dated but it was still a good room. Our housekeeper was fantastic and kept it very clean. Food - This was very hit and miss. I would not recommend the Chinese restaurant. The snack bar for lunch was good. We are yet to try the Lebanese but I do have high hopes. Pools - There is an abundance of pools to choose from and you really are spoilt for choice. The heated pool was an obvious favourite. The ultimate question is would we return? Yes we would. The staff really make the experience and are all a credit to the hotel. They are what really make the holiday.
