Our girls trip was fantastic. We were fortunate enough to book the elite rooms, which came with Butler Service. Our butler Alexis took care of everything from restaurant reservations to our spa treatments and gym classes. Alex at the gym and Nora in the Pilates and yoga studio are phenomenal instructors. Nora pushed us out of our comfort zone in Yoga had us all doing heads stands! The restaurants were all fantastic. The highlight was the juice bar with fresh fruit and every health supplements - Making a daily smoothie stop a must after our workout

The staff were amazing! Let’s start with Alexis, the Butler and the elite service he was amazing very communicative and super responsive. The gym staff were amazing of note Alex and Nora were exceptional with great energy. The service staff at the restaurants were amazing Rolando was great. Unfortunately, I don’t remember other staff’s names but the staff at Cleo and the Italian restaurant and the Asian were also fantastic. The staff at the pool were incredible and responsive. And at the spa Lesli was exceptional. Great massage. We will definitely be coming back.

This stay was absolutely a wonderful experience from start to finish. The moment we arrived, Mario and the other gentleman greeted us with warm smiles and interacted so nicely with my two little boys. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout our stay. What really stood out, though, was the service. The whole staff at the SLS were phenomenal. Erica from the children's pool and Daniel the bartender (next to the children's pool) were so attentive and nice. As well as Yeni (JLO) was extremely attentive and sweet. The on-site restaurants was also excellent — delicious food, great presentation, and attentive service. Manuel at the Mexican restaurant was amazing and everything was delicious. We also tried the Asian restaurant and Jonathan brought out great options to eat. Lastly, the steakhouse was good and Arturo was very nice. The only thing I can think of is that theres not much entertainment but it doesn't take away from the great experience we had. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and truly exceptional hospitality.

There are a few things missing from an all inclusive luxury resort feel but overall we have had a very positive experience! - Cleo was the best lunch and dinner spot, followed by Caracoal, and Union - family pool near the coffee shop was great! Lots of shade with a baby (water isn’t heated) - bed was comfortable, shower and bathroom were great with lighting and enough luggage space - coffee shop and fruit bar were wonderful! I’ve had one too many cappuccinos (cappuccinos at the market were bitter) - I wish there was a welcome drink of sorts, we weren’t offered any - plastic cups were used in various places which felt a bit harsh to be drinking from, styrofoam cups from the coffee shop also weren’t as nice - the family pool didn’t have mats for the seats but at the adults pool all chairs had chair mats (unsure why adults don’t deserve it at the adult pool?) - our room snacks and fridge, barely had anything in it (other all inclusive stock the room and fridge with drinks and snacks) - on a Tuesday our only lunch option was the Bungalow which was okay but we had no other choice! - definitely quiet in the adults only area - gym was well equipped - crib was provided for the baby with a regular bedsheet covering it - need to invest in an app cause using a web browser doesn’t really work

When I say this is the best resort Ive ever stayed at I can say that with NO exaggeration. From the staff, to the accommodations, to the food, the cleanliness, everything was literally TOP TIER! I noticed that I had lost my wallet at the airport prior to arriving at the resort for my stay. The staff was super accommodating when it came to check in and assured me that this would not affect my stay. Even after checking in and being super stressed about losing my wallet they reminded me to relax and just enjoy my trip. My butler Alexis was super helpful and I literally did not lift one finger my entire trip. From booking all my dinner reservations, to booking my spa appointment, decorating my room for the occasion, to making sure the hot tub was prepared after my dinner reservations. I know all inclusive resorts get a bad rap for the food but I can honestly say everything I ate on this resort was a 10/10. I will never stay at another resort when visiting Mexico, I had the best time. I will be back!
