We came for one week on 4th January. On arrival we were greeted with the loveliest welcomes, some staff remembering that I’d visited before. We were upgraded to one of the refurbished rooms, which was lovely, shower area is so nice, and UK plug sockets are a nice added bonus. The room was kept spotless by our lovely cleaner. The hotel staff cannot do enough for you and are so helpful. I’ve never met happier, more helpful people. We really enjoyed the à la carte restaurants, including Asian, Indian, Mongolian and Spanish. Shakes and bakes do lovely crepes, either sweet or savory. We enjoyed the spa where we had a message. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean.. we can’t wait to come back again. The only downsides were that the loungers, although plentiful and I love the shade protector at the top, are very uncomfortable. Also we were booked to go on a trip on the Thursday. We ordered lunch bags the night before, we were told to collect from reception before our trip. I asked at 10.30am for the lunches, by 11am they still weren’t there and we had to leave without them so ended up being hungry that day. Overall fantastic

I truly loved my stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they really made us feel at home. Special thanks to the chefs, Sherif and Mohamed, and many others. The animation team was also fantastic, especially Victor. It was our first time trying archery, and he was very supportive and kind while helping us learn. Two other members of the team also joined us for volleyball and made the experience so much fun.

Our winter break stay at Sentido Mamlouk was good, with highlights like the top-notch gym and sports facilities – a solid 10 out of 10! They were well-equipped and a great perk for our family's stay. The reception team really stood out with their responsiveness and amazing follow-up, quickly solving any issues we had. Areas for improvement include capacity building for staff to enhance their service mindset, treating guests equally and focusing on loyalty. The room could also use a refresh or redesign to match the hotel's potential. With these tweaks, Sentido Mamlouk could easily become a superior choice.

Great experience from start to finish, easy check in and check out, concierge service was excellent, Every member of staff was so professional and courteous, nothing was to much trouble. The restaurants were filled with really good quality dishes and loads of variety, well cooked and presented beautifully. I could go on about the food for pages, just stunning ( i’m missing fresh croissants in the morning. They were absolutely delicious.) Our room was kept spotless by a young lad who was very personable always a smile on his face. The whole place was kept immaculate by your team, the gardens are beautiful. The place just has a well managed feel to it. I’m sorry but I can’t offer any criticisms at all Enjoyed every minute 🤙

I have had the best stay at Mamlouk, i couldn’t fault anything from the start to the end of my stay. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are so welcoming and attentive. But the highlight of my stay was the animation team, from the first day they got to know my family and ensured they would help with any needs. The activities had a good atmosphere and the evening entertainment was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel and we will be returning.
