Wonderful hotel on the beach, very clean, very nice and big room (deluxe garden view), excellent service, all in an amazing big gardens with nice swimming pools. The breakfast is pretty rich for asians, but, as european, I advice to change something in quality. The quality of cheeses and cold cuts (salami etc.) is very low both in flavour and appearance. The bread and all bakery products are very very good, having own bakery. The restaurant very nice and very good for lunch/dinner, nice atmosphere also! No doubt, the best hotel at Sanur, a place where we could return with pleasure and no hesitation, love it!

Beautiful hotel with a wonderfully refined style and atmosphere. Every detail makes you feel luxurious and appreciated, and the stunning gardens create a natural environment full of flora and fauna, with the most beautiful birds that clearly feel at home here. Our room was very clean and well furnished. Breakfast was generous, we didn’t miss a thing. A big compliment to the staff they are always incredibly friendly and always wear the warmest smiles. We can only recommend this hotel, both for its location and especially for families with young or older children, it’s a real pleasure to stay here. Thank you very much!

We stayed here for 2 weeks during our honeymoon. It is the best hotel I’ve ever been in. The staff is super friendly and nice, and everything is organized neatly and professionally. All the staff is always attentive to our needs. The bungalow was super clean and spacious, and there were absolutely no bugs in our room despite all the lush nature etc outside. The hotel area is SO beautiful and big, with three pools, loads of trees, plants, flowers, birds etc. It felt like a beautiful oasis. The breakfast and food in the restaurant was super yummy! We absolutely loved our stay here and will miss this place greatly. 100% recommend this place to all Bali travellers!

Absolutely loved our stay at Segara Village Hotel. Having stayed in Ubud at an excellent resort, we then spent a few days in Nusa Dua, which just wasn't quite the experience we were after. As a family with 2 young kids, we wanted a place where the resort wasn't too crowded, had good options for being around the pool, would accommodate our kids with child friendly facilities, and would be close to markets etc. Segara Village ticked all of those boxes. The grounds are lush and beautiful to walk through. Whilst there are plenty of villas the place never felt crowded. No doubt in part to us visiting in the rainy season, but even if it were peak tourism season, I can imagine the place will still feel spacious and peaceful. There are also several alfresco relaxing areas on the grounds, that just beg you to sit and chill for an hour or two, as well as an alfresco library which is the first I've seen at a resort. The pool options were spot on, with plenty of sun beds around each of them. All of the pools were well maintained, and designed well to accommodate kids and adults alike. Their kids pool and playground are well located for parents to be able to supervise without being away from the action, and the main pool even has a wading section for little kids, also with chairs and tables right next to it so you can enjoy table service whilst the kids splash around. The location is great. Right at the beach, and along a nice promenade from which you can access restaurants, markets and the Bali Icon shopping mall. Our room was great. New, tidy and with a great air con. The couch at the front was perfect for some tranquil relaxation on a couple of stormy afternoons. The staff were friendly and accommodating in every aspect as well. I'd book here again in a heartbeat.

We stayed here for 7 nights a month ago. Lovely resort beautiful gardens & amzing lovely staff & nice pools, comfy big bed, cold aircon & really liked soaking in the bath, very nice food at Birdhouse. Only thing was the music was bit too loud at night coming frm Birdhouse restaurant, if you like to go to sleep early. But Overall we did enjoy our relaxing stay at this lovely older style tranquil resort. Grateful thanks🙏
