Guests can enjoy delicious steaks, healthy salads and fresh seafood while taking in gorgeous beach views at the Mecure Resort Sanur’s Pandawa Restaurant. Breakfast is also available, with a buffet selection of hot and cold dishes on offer. The Pandawa Restaurant is open from 6.30am to 10pm, with regular evening entertainment provided.

The Breeze Bar

Sitting by the beach, The Breeze Bar is the perfect location for a snack while soaking up the sun and watching the world go by. Guest can also enjoy a refreshing cocktail or cooling beer in the shade of towering palm trees. The Breeze Bar is open from 10am to 12midnight.

Sahadewa Bar

Serving a selection of tasty snacks, classic cocktails, fresh juices and chilled beers, the Sahadewa Bar is on hand to ensure guests are kept refreshed as they relax by the Mercure Resort Sanur’s Sahadewa pool. The Sahadewa bar is open from 10am to 11pm.

I have stayed at Mercure Sanur many times and it is just such a lovely hotel. The grounds are so beautiful to walk around and it's location is just perfect between the beach and tree lined streets and cafes, I just love the area. The staff are just so amazing and helpful and I can't express my thanks enough. Every time I am there, they just go out of their way to make my stay relaxing and enjoyable. Particularly thanks to Satya for just being outstanding and reliable, a really friendly helpful person. I will definitely be back again!

We had an outstanding experience hosting our event at Mercure Resort Sanur. The entire team was incredibly professional, attentive, and welcoming from the planning stage through the event itself. The venue was beautiful, well-maintained, and perfectly suited for our event. The food was delicious, the service was exceptional, and every staff member went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made all of our guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Mercure Resort Sanur team for making our event such a memorable success. We spent a week in this hotel. Perfect stay. Though a little bit dated, rooms are large and we'll kept. A small problem in one of our rooms was promptly solved, the guest services manager is just a call away and ready to help. All the staff were exceptionally good and friendly with the kids. There are two swimming pools and private access to the beach with plenty of shaded places. Buffet breakfast is extensive with continental and local choices. My only suggestion for the magement is to add more staff a peak time for breakfast. They do their best but are short handed when the restaurant is full. We look forward to staying again at Mercure Sanur during our next visit to Bali.

Had a wonderful stay at Mercury Resort Sanur. The resort is beautiful, peaceful and very relaxing, with lovely gardens and a great atmosphere. One of the highlights was the lovely beachfront, perfect for morning walks, relaxing by the sea and watching the sunset. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive and always happy to help, which made the stay feel extra special. The rooms were comfortable and well kept, the pool area was fantastic, and the location was perfect. Breakfast had a great selection and the food was very good. It was the perfect place to unwind and we felt very well looked after throughout our stay. Would happily return and highly recommend it.

This hotel was a place where we had previously stayed during a family trip. It is one of the few hotels in Sanur that is directly connected to the beach, and we never forgot the wonderful memories we had here — the cheerful and friendly staff, the beautifully maintained gardens, the clean rooms, and the enjoyable atmosphere. That is why we decided to stay here again on this trip. This time as well, we received truly exceptional service. Since our return flight was at night, we requested a late check-out, but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked that day. As a result, we were facing a situation where we had to spend about six hours waiting. When we spoke with the front desk, Brian kindly assisted us. Even though the hotel was fully booked, he did everything possible to accommodate us and sincerely tried to help in every way he could. Honestly, I never expected to receive such thoughtful and caring service overseas, and we were deeply touched by his kindness. We are truly grateful to Brian. Whenever I come back to Sanur, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you very much for your kindness and support — it really helped us a lot.
