This was our second trip to Bali, and for the second time we spent our entire vacation at this hotel. That alone says a lot about how satisfied we are. If we visit Bali again, we will definitely stay at this wonderful hotel once more. The rooms and the entire property were clean and well maintained. Although we didn't use the swimming pool, it looked clean and inviting. We especially enjoyed the beachfront restaurant. The food was delicious, and the price-to-quality ratio was very good. What impressed us the most was the staff. Every single employee was incredibly friendly, courteous, and always willing to help. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until the day we left, and their excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. The only aspect that could be improved is the breakfast buffet. The selection could be a little more varied. While we understand that local dishes are part of the breakfast, options such as noodles, green beans, and rice may not be what many international guests expect in the morning. A wider selection of traditional breakfast items would make the breakfast even better. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and can highly recommend this hotel. We are already looking forward to coming back on our next trip to Bali.

We love everything about this resort have stayed so many times. The team here are all lovely & helpful. And they remember you when you return. The pools are great, the Boardwalk sunsets for dinner are excellent. As are the Karbar,kopi & kue, TheArj bar etc. We will be back

Stayed our last 3 nights of a 2 week holiday. Didn't get the best room the first night, was a adjoining room. No hot water after 9pm which we weren't told about, the water was smelly as well. We had gone out for dinner & got back at 9:30. Could hear people in the next room coughing & talking through the wall. Stomping from above us. They were really helpful. Apologized for not telling us about the maintenance on the water after 9, shuffled rooms around & got us a better room for our 2nd night. Was a lot better, much quieter than the 1st room. Still hear above us but not as bad. There was however a smell we couldn't figure out. Rooms were nice & clean though. Beds were great. Place is in an awesome location, staff are helpful & friendly.

We have been coming to the Bali Gardens Beach resort for 15 years and we have thoroughly enjoyed every single trip. What makes this resort special is the beautiful staff, from upper management to the the guys who look after the garden's are first class. Ideally located on the beach with panoramic sea front views where you can relax with a beer or a cocktail whilst watching the world go by, The gardens are amazing, lush and full of tropical colour. There are three beautiful well maintained pool areas catering for all your needs. The day always starts well with breakfast, the food is really nice with a great range of choice to suit everyone's pallet, looking over the well maintained tropical garden, tranquility at it's best, but the staff are the real heroes here, they are so beautiful and really can't do enough to make sure your day starts off perfect. Lunch and dinner is captured looking over the ocean with iconic view's of surf and sea and an ideal spot for people watching, good quality food reasonably priced, served with the most beautiful kind staff you will ever encounter. Dinner is also served up with the most amazing sunsets for free, make sure you book your table in advance as you do not want to miss out on this experience. And then there's the cocktail bar again with the most beautiful staff happy to make whatever takes your fancy, from super cold beer to frozen cocktails of your choice, always served with smile and a warm heart.

Not as fresh as it looks on the website but our Deluxe room was quiet and comfortable and all the meals were extremely tasty and inexpensive. There is a great daily buffet breakfast. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of Australian families. We stayed here because it’s right next to Waterbom Bali, but next time would probably stay up the coast a bit where the beaches are better. Very busy main road with a lot of noise but largely quiet once you’re inside the hotel.
