Absolutely perfect stay …🙂👍 10/10 AAA+ The staff is absolutely devoted to client satisfaction .. always smiling, always asking if you need something and taking care of the customers.. A exemplary team that other Melia’s should take example on..! Arrival at the reception is just perfect … The restaurants, some open 24 hours , have a great ‘ A la carte ‘ menu and the Buffets in the other restaurants are great also. Menega mediterranean restaurant is also great option with a sophisticated cuisine and attention .. Extremely attentive host.. The beach and hotel installations are great and with the premium package, they even reserve the beach chairs for you in the morning.. just perfect..10/10 Room service works perfectly also. The housekeeping did a perfect job , we stayed 11 days, for Christmas and New Year’s Eve, upgraded to a suite because we are Platinum at Melia Rewards, they never forgot anything, from the coffee to the mini bar and the rest of the amenities in the room. Rooms were very tidy, taking care of to perfection..10/10 The laundry service is also perfect, give them your laundry in the morning and by the end of the afternoon it’s in your room, clean and ironed..10/10 what else can we say……? We stayed at the Sol Melia Benoa, for 3 nights and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the very warm hospitality and fantastic service provided by the entire team. They go above and beyond to make you feel like more than just a guest; they make you feel like family. I want to give a special, heartfelt thank you to Eka Suriani at the front desk. Eka's professionalism, kind demeanor, and attention to detail made a world of difference. She ensured our check-in process was seamless and was always available with a smile to assist. The house keeping was top notch, always friendly and the room is spotlessly clean, and amazingly so efficient, we always get a nice clean room immediately after our breakfast. The resort itself is a perfect blend of relaxation and Balinese charm. Great interior. Plenty of activities to keep guests entertained and we really enjoyed the food and great service at the Kitchen.

Large beachfront resort. We stayed in the Two-Bedroom Suite: incredibly spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, and with plenty of in-room amenities. We really appreciated the generous amount of water provided, since the tap water isn’t drinkable. Unfortunately, the room is old-fashioned, just like the rest of the hotel, with wardrobes that smell of wood and an overall dated style. With a full renovation, this place could easily become an exceptional hotel that would stand out from the competition — but it’s not there yet. The pool is large and has a very cool swim-up bar. There’s a gourmet restaurant available by prior reservation, a main restaurant open 24/7, and another restaurant located in the garden. Daily entertainment and sports activities are offered. We loved the “paint your own Bali bag” activity — it will be a wonderful physical memory to bring home from the trip. Private beach, beach volleyball, table tennis, darts, billiards, table football, karaoke… The staff is extremely kind and helpful in every department, which is a consistent standard we’ve found in all Meliá hotels.

I stayed at this location for about 3 days at the end of Sept/Oct. 2025. I would say I am not sure how this resort has such high ratings. The resort has so much potential but it looks like they were not able to recover from covid and thats unfortunate. The landscaping was descent but unfortunately the water with the fish was pretty dirty. The rooms were out dated and the hallways are dark and a little creepy. The customer service was questionable at best. Check-in was professional and courteous. The drivers were great guides. The kitchen staff looked at our party like we had seven heads and lacked professionalism. (Complaint was filed). The all- inclusive part was a nice package to have for alcohol purposes but they menus at the resturants need a revamp. Overall, I would not recommend this resort to anyoneone. I would say save your money there better options in the area for sure.

Had a 5 day holiday at Sol Melia, it’s a fantastic hotel with some of the best service from staff I have ever seen. It’s also gorgeous, very green and well taken care of! The only thing I would “complain” about: 1. The food in both “The Kitchen” and “Amarta” wasn’t very good, but the beach restaurant made up for that!
