Our family of four recently visited Sol by Melia in Bali and had a wonderful experience. During our stay, we used most of the amenities, and the staff were always at their top. They were always welcoming, helpful and attentive. From the front desk, the breakfast crew, the lunch restaurant by the beach/pool area, the pool bar, the cleaning crew, the spa crew, the smoothies bar, the cafe staff, and the concierge. They were all very nice and made us feel like at at home. We highly recommend the Greek restaurant, which you have to make reservations in advance. Totally worth it! The only thing I would recommend to improve quality would be to include sparkling wine with the all-inclusive package. We are not heavy drinkers, but the quality of their liquor could be better. A warm thank you to: Nanda, Risma, Annie, Bella, Listi, Santa, Putri, the staff at the egg station, the 24 hr restaurant, and all the trainees who did a fantastic job (always smiling, attentive, and helpful). Everyone did an outstanding job! Thank you for pampering us all week. We had a great time thanks to you!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel in Bali! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel itself was beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The room was comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The food was delicious with plenty of options, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful and luxurious. We truly felt cared for and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali. We can’t wait to come back again!

We had a great 10-day family stay at this beautiful Bali resort. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional—warm, genuine, and attentive. What stood out was how the friendly staff took the time to learn and remember our names, which made the whole experience feel personal and welcoming. Everyone was so attentive to our grandkids. The all-inclusive package was fantastic, offering a wide variety of dining options and activities that suited everyone in our family. There was always something new to enjoy, and the quality across the board was good. A very special mention must go to the resort clinic nurse, who responded quickly and professionally when our grandson became unwell (unrelated to our time in Bali). Her calm and capable care was very reassuring during a stressful situation. This is something no one wants to put to the test but in this instance the situation was handled professionally including getting our grandson to the hospital. We are also deeply grateful to the local hospital staff for the care and treatment and the resort team who went above and beyond by visiting our son and grandson during their hospital stay—it meant a great deal to our family. We would particularly like to thank Ratna, the Guest Experience Manager, whose kindness and support were truly outstanding. She personally arranged transport for our son and daughter to and from the hospital and even visited our grandson with thoughtful gifts, which brought a smile to his face during a difficult time. This resort delivered not only a fantastic holiday experience but also genuine care and professional assistance when we needed it most. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it to other families looking for a special and supportive place to stay in Bali.

3rd time to Bali, 1st time to this wonderful hotel. We have had the best 10days here. All the staff are so happy, kind and cant help you enough. We were upgraded to a family suite which was absolutely amazing. The pool bar guys are so cheeky and just the best. Big praise for them all and the superb trainees. They are just so happy. We are definitely coming back next year. Thank you to you all, chefs, cleaners, Gardeners every1 for making our stay so memorable and perfect. 😊😀

Absolutely perfect stay …🙂👍 10/10 AAA+ The staff is absolutely devoted to client satisfaction .. always smiling, always asking if you need something and taking care of the customers.. A exemplary team that other Melia’s should take example on..! Arrival at the reception is just perfect … The restaurants, some open 24 hours , have a great ‘ A la carte ‘ menu and the Buffets in the other restaurants are great also. Menega mediterranean restaurant is also great option with a sophisticated cuisine and attention .. Extremely attentive host.. The beach and hotel installations are great and with the premium package, they even reserve the beach chairs for you in the morning.. just perfect..10/10 Room service works perfectly also. The housekeeping did a perfect job , we stayed 11 days, for Christmas and New Year’s Eve, upgraded to a suite because we are Platinum at Melia Rewards, they never forgot anything, from the coffee to the mini bar and the rest of the amenities in the room. Rooms were very tidy, taking care of to perfection..10/10 The laundry service is also perfect, give them your laundry in the morning and by the end of the afternoon it’s in your room, clean and ironed..10/10 what else can we say……? The friendly and attentive staff does the difference a great hotel and a fabulous staff…AAA++ Happy new year..🙂🥂👍 Jose A. B
