The most perfect location, wonderful people and a fabulous stay. The rooms are large and clean, possibly a little tired but nothing that hinders your stay. We had an issue with our shower, for some reason it just didn't get warm but the water in the sink was fine. We asked at reception who sent someone up to try and fix the problem... Nothing changed but they did try to and in all honesty, the cooler water was refreshing as it was so humid outside the room. The breakfast was interesting, food was great, freshly made and always replenished no matter if you arrived five mins before closing time. The reception staff, security and room attendants were just outstanding. So friendly, welcoming and just filled our hearts with joy when ever we interacted with them. The restaurant attached to the hotel wasn't great but staff were again lovely. We spend Christmas and New year here and I can honestly say, we've been very lucky and travelled around the world over this festive period for many years, both my husband and I agreed this has been the friendliest and almost spiritual holiday we've ever had. Just one thing, the hair dryer is in the bathroom, I would have preferred it in the main room. Thank you so much Bali Rani, thank you Bali.

Great service!! the staff cannot do enough for you. They are extremely helpful and polite. We couldn't believe how they remember your names each day,and often your room number! Very clean rooms and facilities. When i needed to see a doctor the staff arranged it all for us. Special thank you to Indah who took the time to make sure our stay was great. Very professional 👏 thank you to all staff 👏🙏

We had a wonderful stay at the Bali Rani Hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely fabulous — warm, welcoming, and always smiling, making us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless and very well maintained, with the cleanliness of both the bedroom and bathroom standing out in particular. It was clear that great attention is paid to housekeeping, which made our stay even more comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast and dining at the hotel were also a highlight. The quality and variety of the food were excellent, with delicious options available and attentive service that made every meal enjoyable. Overall, Bali Rani Hotel exceeded our expectations with its exceptional staff, high standards of cleanliness, and fantastic dining. We had a wonderful stay at Bali Rani Hotel. From check-in to check-out, all the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Our full-day driver, Nyoman, was excellent—very friendly and talkative. We will definitely contact him again on our next Bali visit. Special thanks to Indah, who truly made our stay memorable. She checked on us during breakfast, helped with spa bookings, took lovely pictures of us, and always greeted us with a warm smile. She has such an adorable and kind personality. The only small disappointment was on arrival from the airport, as our cab dropped us at Rani Bali (a different hotel under the same management), and no transfer was arranged to Bali Rani Hotel. Overall, the hotel was clean, breakfast was good, and we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

Very beautiful rooms with seperate toilets, showers, and wardrobe. Breakfast buffet is delicious with a wide range of food, and the breakfast are backs on to the beautiful pool. The hotel staff are very nice and the hotel itself is in the middle of all the shops.
