From the moment my group checked in, we were treated with courtesy and made to feel special. The resort has a holistic feel in decor with several open air restaurants and bars. Rebecca took care of my check in personally, and Francisco my concierge took additional care to ensure I found easily how to navigate the resort, made reservations when my group of 15 needed to sit at the same time. Sergio, one of the several servers always remebered my drink and would assist me when I tried speaking the spanish language I am trying to get better at with great patience. It was such a good stay, I am taking my second group to the resort in a few weeks. The food was excellent, no reservations required at any of choices, the amenities, the pools and beach shuttle were amazing, and every server was gracious. My room was exceptional and the upgraded amenities made the stay perfect. Although this resort is not on the beach, the beach shuttle was efficient and it only took a few minutes to be transferred there. The 5 rooftop pools offered bars and had plenty of cabana areas for shade as well as cushioned sunchairs. Looking forward to my return .

Amazing trip to Secrets Tulum (first timers). Room was amazing (new, clean, and amenities were all perfect). Room service was fast. Buffet for breakfast and lunch was great! Asian à la carte was the best of 4 for dinner. Coco coffee was delicious. Beach club was the best part of our trip. Bracelet making with Jhonny was my wife’s favourite part of the whole trip!! Food at the beach was can't miss, bar service attentive, and we enjoyed the open air bus from resort to beach.

I'm a travel advisor and I hosted a group of 11 ladies at this resort for a birthday vacation. Everything was lovely! Our personal concierge, Martin was excellent!!! He went above and beyond for my guest and I. During my stay, I recommended several guest ask for him because he meets the expectations to make the guest vacation home stay feel amazing. He did not miss a beat, from arranging whatever we needed, to daily check ups. I give him 10 stars! I will absolutely be sending more travel clients here and requesting him for their personal private concierge!

I spent an incredible week at this resort. The food is excellent. We favored some restaurants over others as expected, but even the Market Cafe for breakfast/lunch and the beach club restaurant was fantastic. For me, the experience was exceptional because of the staff; particularly the entertainment team, but really, the people who work there really made you feel like family. From the moment we drove onto the property, the older-ish security gentleman greeted us like we were coming home. Jhonny, at the beach club, always made sure we were taken care of and answered any questions. The hostess at the Market Cafe knew our room number by the end of the week. And finally the entertainment staff, Samara, Cristel, Gretel, Sebastian, Eugene and Arturo, they were the best at bringing the fun and getting the guests to enjoy all the activities. I am really going to miss them. Oh yes, I would be remiss if I did not mention the yoga! Melissa put the namaste into each day. Whether you took her 8 AM class or 11 AM beach club class, everyday was a special experience; including one day where she invited us to try couples balance poses and Sebastian came in early to attend her class. (Actually, I believe Gretel also came to class the first day I was there.) I could ramble on about how much I enjoyed my stay, but you get the idea!
