My husband and I just returned from an amazing 5-night stay at Sandals Ochi, and we couldn't have asked for a better vacation! We stayed in a Hillside Butler Suite, and our butlers, Kenrick and Alexus, truly made our trip unforgettable. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. They arranged all of our dinner reservations, made sure everything was seamless throughout our stay, and even surprised us with a beautiful breakfast served on our balcony one morning. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality were exceptional. The food was outstanding, and every restaurant we visited provided excellent service. From the housekeeping staff to the bartenders, restaurant servers, and resort employees, everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and eager to make our stay enjoyable. If you're considering Sandals Ochi, don't hesitate. We had a wonderful experience, and the outstanding service from Kenrick, Alexus, and the entire staff made this a vacation we'll always remember. We can't wait to return!

My husband and I had an amazing getaway celebrating both our wedding anniversary and his birthday. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing the property was. It was truly the perfect place to unwind. One of the highlights of our trip was the couples massage at the Red Lane Spa—it was absolutely amazing and so worth it! The staff made our stay even more special. Everyone was friendly, courteous, attentive, and always willing to help, which made a world of difference. The resort was spotless, fresh, and beautifully maintained. We had such a wonderful experience that we're already looking forward to coming back. We can't wait to visit the other Sandals resorts and enjoy everything they have to offer! Thank you for making our celebration so memorable!

We are at Sandals Ochi celebrating our 20th anniversary. We have not had the resort experience in the 4 days that we’ve been here, until we ate at Valentino’s Italian restaurant. We were very lucky to have Ackeem as our server. Wow did this guy deliver the resort quality experience that we have come to expect at other resorts! He made our anniversary special and memorable! He should be teaching the other staff at Sandals Ochi how customer service and satisfaction is done! Sandals Ochi is lucky to have this man on your team! Bravo Ackeem, and thank you for making our night special!

My husband and I just spent our honeymoon here. We enjoyed the resort and excursions. Dunns Falls was not a sit around and relax at a pretty waterfall like we thought. Its a hike up the waterfall in the water on slippery rocks. Not much time to actually enjoy the falls! The food was not much to write home about but good. Meal service was good with the exception of Vista Sky. We were the 4 or 5th table seated and it took 50 mins to get our appetizer and 90 mins to get our entree. Everyone around us were long gone before we even got our entree. We stayed in Butler village and our butlers were Ray and Tevin. Tevin was always so upbeat and friendly! He was amazing! The people of Jamaica were so friendly and welcoming! Overall we had a good visit!

Just returned from a wonderful week at Sandals Ochi. From the moment we were greeted by Ryan at the airport Sandals Lounge to the time we checked out, we were treated to excellent customer service. Our rooms were clean, comfortable and well stocked. There are lots of restaurants to eat at so you will find something to suit anyone. Our rooms were on the hillside but we spent each day relaxing at the beach in the sea. It is a big resort but didn't feel overcrowded and we could do as much or as little as we wanted. There are many amazing people who work here and we wish we had all your names to thank you. A great big thank you to servers Romaine (ask him to sing), Shannet, Omar, Matthew, Shelly Ann, Horatio, Jovan, Percival, to Nev at Watersports, to entertainers Asana and Romario, to manager Ragesh, to Lyndsey. You made our vacation very enjoyable and we appreciate all your hard work and acts/words of kindness. Nuff respect and blessings to all. Hope we can make it back soon. Management: We didn't have butlers but please get new uniforms for the butlers as a jacket is too hot for the weather.
