Original room was 4/5 due to a leak but we got moved promptly to a suite and this was 5/5. I would make a small suggestion about having snacks in the room like chips/ crisps. Also with all the drinking that is done by the bar peanuts and chips would’ve been a nice touch. The experience here was top tier had a great time and the staff were so accommodating across the board. The bar staff were amazing along with the water sports team. Rajay, Tahjay, Sanjay, Christopher, javaine, Shane and last but not least Bryan. Ariel, Andrew x2, Roger, Zeus, Dave, captain Catamaran. Sorry if I forgot anyone but THANK YOU. Shantae & Amazing Grace will surely be back!! I cannot complain about the food because it was amazing and there was an option for all diets. I will complain about the size of my belly which has definitely grown, due to the food which was spectacular!! Even though this is a couples hotel, as a couple of people we felt most welcomed!! Keep up the great work all of you your attention to visitors is noted!!

I'm not one to write reviews but seriously Couples Tower Isle exceeded my expectations. My vacation at CTI was incredibly relaxing, there was so much to do at the resort that is included with your stay, or you can kick back and relax if you want as well! The views are incredible, the beach and the property is very clean and well kept. The food and drinks were amazing! Lots of dining options from the buffet to the pool grill or reservations to one of the restaurants on the resort as well, all very delicious with great options. The minibar was a great touch as well! My favorite place to go was the coffee shop where they had wonderful cafe lattes, frappes & even matcha. Lastly, the part that blew me away the most was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone, from the front desk, restaurants, housekeeping, watersports, and entertainment had the most positive, upbeat, and welcoming attitude I've ever experienced. I am so happy that I chose to stay at Couples Tower Isle for my vacation, and I hope to come back soon for another visit. Thank you so much for having me here, it was a pleasure. And seriously if you are considering Couples Tower Isle, DO IT you will not regret it!!

I went with my best friend to celebrate our 10 years of friendship, and it was such a good time! It is the oldest of all the Couples properties so keep that in mind, the AC is loud and honestly not very effective, but those didn't destroy our trip at all. Snorkelling, scuba diving, and some other fun stuff is all included. What I loved is the no tipping rule — Jamaica can quickly get super expensive but Couples was not thanks to this rule!

This was a birthday getaway with my husband and I. We had an amazing time. The atmosphere was played back but the vibes was good!! I can't say enough about the food. The was spectacular!! For me that was the best part along with the pool bar. The bartenders were very attentive and kept us "happy". Our room was comfortable with breath taking views. We were able to see the sunset and sunrise every morning.

Just returned from a 10 night stay at this fantastic hotel. Only 1 very slight negative is the rooms are a bit dated but always clean and tidy. After that everything is just quite superb. Pools, beach, staff, bars, drinks and especially the food. 8 Rivers restaurant gave a real fine dining feel and superb menu with the food being served just top class. Bayside, Veranda and patio also brilliant. We stayed in Couples Negril last year and we think this just edged it. Outstanding, gutted to be home. Thanks everyone at CTI.
