My wife and I stayed in a Signature Level bungalow for our honeymoon and had an amazing experience. The service throughout the resort was outstanding, and the Signature Level pool, beach, and bar were absolutely worth it. The live entertainment was 🔥🔥 shoutout POP. The food honestly exceeded our expectations. Every meal was great, but our favorites were Portofino and Bhogali. The jerk chicken was the best I’ve ever had, and somehow every chicken dish we tried was incredibly juicy and flavorful. One of the chefs even surprised us with fresh jerk chicken wraps one afternoon, and they ended up being one of our favorite things we ate all week. We did have one issue with our air conditioning one night, but the staff responded quickly and got it resolved. After that, we had no further problems. Overall, we were blown away by the hospitality, food, and overall experience. We had an incredible honeymoon and would definitely come back.

We ate at the Xyjamaica Restaurant and it was nothing short of amazing. Our server Jerome was the best and I cant say enough good thongs about him!! He was so attentive and thoughtful (sung and brought cake for our baby boy's birthday). He kept our glasses full and made sure we had everything we needed and more. By far some of the best service we received while at the resort!! 10/10

Room number 3510 where we stayed had so many cockroaches. From the bathroom to the refrigerator had roaches. Some even were in my friend hand bag. Good morning: I don’t understand why you are not addressing the the cockroach infestation room that caused so much uneasiness. We are paying customers and we expect to get our money worth which did not happen in this case. I don’t think I will recommend this place my review was strictly for the restaurant. With regards to the dining experience, it was great the food was good. Our server Ramona was superb. This lady paid attention to details. In all a great worker. Very thoughtful.

Very hospitable from the first point of contact with the hostess right down to Chef Brown’s entertaining show. The Chef took the time to introduce himself and make quick connections with the guests around the table. We experienced an amazing fire show towards the end of our dining. The adults and children within the group were thoroughly impressed and engaged. I would recommend this experience to any food lover with a sense of adventure.

We’ve had a fantastic stay at the Grand Palladium Jamaica. The hotel itself is beautiful, well‑maintained, and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. What really stands out is the staff — everyone we’ve met has been incredibly friendly and genuinely goes out of their way to make your holiday special. Today we enjoyed a lovely buffet lunch at the Blue Lagoon. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety and fresh options. Service was equally impressive — we were looked after by Tashana, who was attentive, welcoming, and made the meal feel extra enjoyable. Overall, the combination of great facilities, excellent food, and outstanding service makes this resort a place I’d happily recommend to anyone visiting Jamaica.
