The views, the people, the food, and the vibe made this a trip we’ll never forget. A huge shoutout to Sanyo, who was an amazing hostess. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt welcome and taken care of. Her kindness and hospitality truly made us feel like family. And Leon absolutely kept the fun going! His energy, entertainment, and personality brought the place to life every day. He knows how to get everyone involved and make sure you’re having a great time. If you’re looking for a place where you can relax, have fun, and be treated like family, this is it. We can’t wait to come back. We love all the Sandals resorts that we have been to but Jamaica has our hearts and Negril specificly will always be our favorite. The location, the food, the entertainment. But nothing tops the people. They all go above and beyond but 2 individuals stood out to us and that was Brownie making our pizza at Bella Napoli always smiling and Leo on all of our snorkeling trips best captain/guide we have ever had. Thank you for everything. We always have the time of our lives.

It was such a wonderful experience for our 6 day honeymoon. We did have some issues with rooms the first day but Jermaine the manager really went above and beyond for us to feel comfortable. Latoya was amazing with booking our tours. Everyone's energy was so good and everyone was so polite. Some of the staff like Orlando, Kelly Ann, Melissa, Tashahia, Shanque, Sandy and Chistay even remembered us and always greeted us. We got our photos taken by Vandamn and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. We cant forget Brittney from the couple shop, she was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this resort to everyone I know. My wife and I truly enjoyed ourselves. The ladies in the gift shop were amazing. I feel like I am missing some people that made our experience so remarkable. Leon from the entertainment team was so good he even invited us on the stage for couples game night. It was really a trip we will remember and cherish forever. We are truly blessed to have been able to go on this trip for our honeymoon to enjoy our time together as newlyweds so we thank all the staff at Sandals. Only recommendation would be to add church on Sundays for those of faith.

I truly don't even know where to begin. Sandals Negril exceeded every expectation we had. We chose to elope here, and they gave us the best day of our lives followed by the most incredible honeymoon we could have ever asked for. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt so welcomed, cared for, and celebrated. The people are what made this trip so unforgettable. We were blown away by how kind, genuine, and hardworking everyone was. The entire wedding department went above and beyond to make our day absolutely perfect, and we are so grateful for every single person who played a part in it. A huge thank you to our wedding planner Sandia, Crystal, our wedding captain Leonie, Leo, our photographer Andrew, videographer Jefferey, and everyone on the wedding team for making our day so seamless and special. To our butlers, Monique and Delroy... you two were truly the best. Thank you for taking such incredible care of us all week and making us feel so spoiled! We also want to thank Aneika, Shanique, Vandame, Romario, and Nicola for always going out of their way to make our stay even more special, Vanessa for making me feel so beautiful on my wedding day, and Claudia for taking such wonderful care of our room every single day! The room was amazing, the food was delicious, the beach was so beautiful, and the service was phenomenal, but it's the people we'll remember most. You all helped create memories that we'll cherish for the rest of our lives, and that's something we'll never be able to thank you enough for! We cannot wait to come back. ❤️

This was our first time visiting both Jamaica and a Sandals resort, and I can honestly say I was so sad to leave. The resort itself is absolutely stunning. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms were wonderful, and the food was incredible. But what truly sets this resort apart is its staff. A huge thank you to Ann Marie, Terry Ann, the other Ann Marie, Velise, Christen, Akeem, Javoy, Leon, and Sanoy. Every single one of you made our vacation unforgettable. We’re truly going to miss you guys! Leon was an incredible event host. He kept everyone engaged, had us laughing, and created such a fun, welcoming atmosphere. You could tell he genuinely loves what he does. And Sanoy… we ate at Brava three different times just because of her. Her personality, kindness, and exceptional service kept bringing us back. Everyone we encountered was friendly, accommodating, and made us feel like family. You have an amazing team, and they’re the reason we’ll be talking about this trip for years to come.
