We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Royal River, and it was the perfect place to spend our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and looked after. A special thank you goes to the amazing breakfast team. Every single morning we were greeted with warm smiles, outstanding service, and genuine kindness. Their friendliness and attention to detail made our mornings something to look forward to and added so much to our overall experience. The River Pool deserves a special mention as well. It is, without a doubt, the coolest pool I have ever seen in my life. The concept is incredibly unique, beautifully designed, and unlike anything we’ve experienced before. Overall, our stay was truly unforgettable. Beautiful surroundings, exceptional service, and an atmosphere that made our honeymoon even more special. Thank you to the entire Royal River team—we can’t wait to come back!

Incredible hotel. Great spa and gym area, relatively small gym but it’s a small hotel. Even has a reformer Pilates machine. The pools are spotlessly clean and so relaxing. An abundance of staff so you’re well looked after - Nancy in particularly was so kind to our family. Housekeeping was brilliant for our room. Will definitely be back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Royal River. We live on the island, but in the north and were looking for a break in the south. The suites are beautifully designed, spacious, and luxurious, and the private pools made the experience feel truly special. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The standout, however, was the staff, everyone consistently went above and beyond with their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. Daniel deserves a special mention, absolutely excellent in every aspect of the service he provides. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to improve the layout and signage around the resort. It's a stunning property, but it can be a little confusing to find your way around, particularly during the first day or two. That minor point aside, everything else was exceptional. We enjoyed our stay and we will happily return. Highly recommended!

This has to be one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It was so quiet and peaceful here and they have created a perfect haven for you to come to and have the break you deserve. The staff are absolutely wonderful (big shout out to Nancy and Alexandro) they can’t do enough for you and make you feel at home instantly. The Food was incredible and such great variations and the tasting restaurants were another level. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, it’s just gorgeous. I will definitely be back. Thanks again for taking such good care of us.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Royal River Hotel for our honeymoon. The hotel is beautiful, the restaurants are a very high quality and the service was exceptional. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, we didn’t catch the names of everyone but every single staff member made our stay that much more special. From housekeeping and room service to the food servers and spa, each made our stay extra special. Nancy looked after us during breakfast and Teo had us laughing during every meal, they are both a credit to the hotel. The reception team were especially helpful and kind, the ability to message them at any time over WhatsApp made the service seamless. The spa is blissful, a very relaxing atmosphere with delightful treatments. The pools throughout the hotel are kept warm, and the river pool is open all hours, perfect for a late-night swim. I absolutely recommend. We haven’t landed home yet but are already planning our next visit.
